I don't know, the bright color is what attracts me to it. I always thought it was the military cousin of the Gator from MASK.
So I have a LOT of nostalgia for the Devilfish but if my options are Night Landing, or a Moray, or the Devilfish, I'd put it as third in that list. If we're only going to get a couple of lil boats though I'd buy this one. Though yeah, the night landing would have me breaking my keyboard trying to preorder it fast enough.I missed a bunch of dumb 'Noks vehicles, which are all hard passes.
I THINK the Devilfish is also a pass. It's one of those ones where maybe they could convince me, but probably not. I didn't own it as a kid, so there's no nostalgia tug for a one-man water-based gun platform. I'm a lot more interested in something that's either large enough to be a legitimate attack boat (like the Moray), or open enough to be a troop transport (Night Landing Raft). And with space limitations, I imagine I've got one, MAYBE two water vehicles in my future, at best.
The Devilfish is a fun little goofy vehicle and I don't -dislike- it. But yeah, I just look at it as 'I have very limited space/money for vehicles.' If I get a Devilfish in June and they announce a Moray and a Night Landing in August, I'd be pissed and selling the Devilfish. Which means I don't really need the Devilfish. So I have a LOT of nostalgia for the Devilfish but if my options are Night Landing, or a Moray, or the Devilfish, I'd put it as third in that list.
