Four Horsemen Studios Mythic Legions

Now I wish the 4H would upgrade Gorgo and Attila’s 2.0 figures to have the better articulation and range of motion of the Valiant Knight body. Gorgo is still my favorite villain character in Mythic Legions.

I’d like more Chaos Warrior style evil knights. That’s another reason why I really want the Legions Con exclusive Revenant/Warrior figure.

I grabbed the 2.0 pack with Attila and Gorgo but was so meh on Attila's articulation I actually threw his unhelmeted head on an Armoury Knight body. It's his "nobody knows who I am" look or something.

There's a big gap there where the neck goes into Otho's head (Ork too). I feel like the previous ML I have aren't that noticeable.
 
Also seems a little weird that his neck piece isn't armored. Having the skin piece for other swaps makes sense, but a knight without neck protection is odd.

Yeah that stood out to me. I feel like they usually include a second silver/armor-color-matched neck peg in these kinds of situations.

Makes me think of the snake men and how much you can see the ball joint from the back of their heads. Must be them trying to get more movement out of the heads. Don’t really love that look, but maybe it’s less noticeable in hand.

Like, it'll definitely give you more movement, but I can't imagine that's less noticeable in hand unless you're looking at him from the front. That gap is HUGE.
 
Can anyone tell me if the new Urzokk has the same skin tone as the Poxxus wave Tharnog? From what I can see in photos and reviews it looks like Tharnog has a slightly lighter, warmer green than Urzokk's, or is that just a difference in lighting and cameras?
 
I went ahead and put in an order for the set this morning. They look great to me, especially those alternate Urzokk heads. Looking forward to having them in hand.
 
Looks like the set sold out! I got my order in first thing as I had no idea how many they produced for this in stock sale. Looking like the in-stock and pre-order split might be a good way for them to operate moving forward.
 
As crazy as it is, I ended up getting them too despite JUST getting old school Urzokk, but I did it because I think the heads look different enough that as I'm building my own little world/head canon about them, but new Urz looks like a berserker type and the old Urz looks almost pensive and mournful, and so I'm doing to pair them as brothers who are coming at the war from two very different angles. Urzokk the Greater is bloodshed and victory at any cost, Urzokk the Lesser keeps trying to find peace and gets nothing but a sword at his throat for the troubles. (Is it obvious that the orcs have been my favorites in this line since the start?)
 
Excited to get an order in. These are two established characters in this line that needed some distinctive armor and updates. Love that they both work as army builders as well with all the extra parts, particularly the new heads/helmets.

Can’t wait to see how the new evil knight parts work on the Valiant Knight! Need to think of some helmet options. Dorklair showed that the armored skeleton helmet looks nice on this new Urzokk armor.

Looks like Jermey will be back in the studio talking with Eric again next Wednesday so it sounds like we’ll have some more reveals next week too!
