Diamond Select Toys is Shutting Down

Diamond Select is (not really) back! Ad Populum is apparently using the name Diamond Select for its revamped distribution processes. I doubt this is any indication the DST products will come back. It is just more weirdness to add to the weird decisions by Ad Populum. I don't understand why they would use the name Diamond Select for their new distribution. I guess maybe to clarify they distribute more than just comics? Maybe they'll start to distribute Christmas ornaments to comic shops?

I don't know if it was posted here earlier, the remaining parts of Diamond Comics Distributors business, that weren't sold off, have moved from ch. 11 to ch. 7. I don't know what was left, but I guess it will be liquidated now.
