I remember Wade got covered in ash in the second movie, was that supposed to be the gray suit or was that just coincidence?

Not really, but they did do that figure as an exclusive I think not too long after the second movie was out. I imagine the film makers saw that as a way to sneak a version of the grey in there though.

That stupid figure has gotten pricey actually. Weird. I think it was just kind of an homage to the X-Force suit.

Yeah, seems like a missed opportunity with Elektra, Gambit, and Pyro still not made.

I don't believe so, no. I know Wolverinepool was a deleted concept that just kinda took off because of the mash-up; sort of like the Joker in Batsuit concept. I just rewatched the Deadpool Corps scenes, since I was curious too, and didn't see X-Force Deadpool anywhere. So both seem to be concept art figures, and, like others said, just released because they're super simple part re-use.

Could "Wolf" be Werewolf By Night? They did Man-Thing from the special (even though it was mostly the old BAF).

Wasn't the "Wolf" one more or less thought to be Wolverinepool? And it was just sort of a mistranslation thing? I thought that was the general consensus, but maybe not.

The irritating thing with a lot of the influencers where I get the rumors/leaks from is they rarely go back and correct assumptions or speculations they made.

I don't remember that well, but I think the 'wolf' one was tied to Deadpool & Wolverine and I'm almost positive it was determined to be this amalgam figure.

Where is Elektra?! Seriously. I get Channing is in Doomsday and that probably interrupted plans for his figure, but seriously - where is Elektra? They didn't even hint that "we know there are others" this time around and all the exclusive spots around this release seem to be taken.

It's hard to get excited for random no-second variants when MAJOR CHARACTERS are still missing. And if we're going for famous cameos, how about Torch? Cavillrine was a fun moment that I don't need on my shelf or have room for. That figure is basically pre-release custom fodder. Fantastic likeness - but they look like the same head?

Yep. Would have loved for a Johnny Storm and Elektra long before the concept series.
