You've actually got the perfect ingredients for a wave here: Original Human Torch (finally): popular FF member, The Thing, who's also in the WCA: missing Avenger Living Lightning, also a Latino superhero: missing Avenger, WCA, and another Ranger Firebird: cool almost Avenger and Spider-Man ally The Shroud: fairly major villain Graviton: cool visual WCA foe with interchangeable demon arms, Master Pandemonium. Make it a BAF wave with Satannish or the Kree Supreme Intelligence (Galactic Storm) as the BAF. If you want to go obscure with the BAF, there's always Yetrigar (they did do Titus after all). We're doing your work for you Hasbro. In honor of Marvel Comics move to Burbank, can we complete the West Coast Avengers with Jim Hammond, Firebird and Living Lightning? We'll gladly take black singlet Thing, occasional guest star Shroud and villainous Graviton and Master Pandemonium as well.
Wasn't Mantis connected to the team, as well, in the 80s?You've actually got the perfect ingredients for a wave here: Original Human Torch (finally): popular FF member, The Thing, who's also in the WCA: missing Avenger Living Lightning, also a Latino superhero: missing Avenger, WCA, and another Ranger Firebird: cool almost Avenger and Spider-Man ally The Shroud: fairly major villain Graviton: cool visual WCA foe with interchangeable demon arms, Master Pandemonium. I think so, also that Swordsman guy. However, it's not like anybody has been suggesting for literally years now that Hasbro needs to do the two of them as action figures.Wasn't Mantis connected to the team, as well, in the 80s?
Between SDCC, TRU and Amazon many "team" box sets with 5 or 6 related figures were produced, could this concept be revisited for the MTO model?
I don't see any reason to believe that. It's not like 100% of Marvel Legends is Spider-Man and Captain America on the same two bodies over and over. ML -does- do all kinds of new and unique stuff all the time.MTO is probably the only way we're ever going to see and get more Asgardian characters. *sigh*
Respectfully, I'll believe it when I see it. I'd love to be proven wrong.I don't see any reason to believe that. It's not like 100% of Marvel Legends is Spider-Man and Captain America on the same two bodies over and over. ML -does- do all kinds of new and unique stuff all the time.

I'm not trying to diminish your frustration. So, this isn't an argument that I'm going to be able to "win", so I'm not going to bother. I feel how I feel, and that's just how it is, as unreasonable as that may seem.
I fully grant you that they have made some deep cuts that are appreciated. But when Dwight specifically called out the difficulty in making the characters in which I'm most interested, it tainted my excitement and enthusiasm. But that doesn't mean I'm not excited about a lot of the figures we had gotten recently. The Inhumans example is always the one that potentially puts my argument to rest most easily.
So...yeah. *shrugs*
I appreciate it, and ultimately you're right. I just need to stop letting my frustration get to me.So the above wasn't me trying to win an argument so much as impart some hope. That's all. I'm going to keep hoping for Shatterstar v2 and Kylun, and you can't stop me.
