I think the Mezco movie Raph is coming with a similar effect. I'm not interested in this line (or the Mezco one), but I've wanted a spinning sai effect going back to NECA's video game line so that's how Raph's attack animation ended in the game Turtles in Time. It would have been a perfect time for such a thing.

I would love for every Turtle line to include as many inventive effects as possible, spinning weapons for all 4 should be a mandatory thing.
