They've only made a couple of these in 1/12 yeah? The mech suit stuff just made me turn my eyes unfortunately this way and I was relieved to see most of the line is in a scale I don't collect.

Yeah, the 1/12 stuff started recently. They've got 2 waves of figures I think plus a vehicle (sourced from another line) and now mech chicken walkers and these brand new mech suit things.
 
I bought one from the first wave to try and mesh with my Joe display.... its a tad undersized for me, but works OK. Also it feels a tad morenfragile and fiddly than I would prefer... but I'm not huge into the mechanical enhancement cyborg motif anyway.... so I couldn't get more of them,. And so these extra mechanicall stilt walkers and whatever just aren't my bag.

I get how others are into them, but they just don't do it for me
 
I hate when marketing is very good at its job. I got the four-pack of 1/12 characters in my feed just now and saw they're in-stock at BBTS, and that while it's a four-pack, individually they're 35 bucks each which is way less than I was expecting. My financial irresponsibility gremlin is prodding.
 
I'm officially my financial irresponsibility gremlin's bitch — I grabbed one of the JoeFest exclusives when it went up on Chosen Prime yesterday.

That four-pack, though, is a really good deal, considering what folks are paying for the individual figures on the secondary market.

That's what caught my attention. I would love one or two , but I'd expect to pay 50-60 bucks at a minimum for these, so the four pack price is really good by comparison.
 
I’ve yet to see an Acid rain figure that didn’t impress and tempt me except for the insane price point. I can’t imagine how bad it would be at 1:12 scale. I’m sorry, but over 30 bucks for any figure in 1:18 scale is just too much.

Yeah, the 1:18 prices are INSANE, I was blown away to see them at like 65 bucks on BBTS. But the four-pack of 1:12 figures is $139 for four complete figures which makes them just a few dollars more expensive than a classified figure and hella cheaper than 4H (with better articulation), LC, Harvinger, or Boss Fight, so I decided to give it a shot. If they're the only ones I buy they'll slot in on a sci-fi or military shelf as background characters really well. I'd rather have bought one or two solo to test the line out but the four-pack actually is more in line with what I want to pay for each figure.
 
Used to get them for 25-30 off LT and other sites, but like everything, they are now stupid prices.

I wouldn't do BBTS for any import at this point, even with shipping you should still come under. They're mad.

If I like the set I just dropped into my POL I definitely will be looking for better prices elsewhere for the rest. They had it the same price as import sites, at least this one four-pack.
 
The individual 1:12 figures prices have been pretty good on BBTS. I grabbed two of the four first releases for $34.99 each when they put them up. The next two figures to drop on the site were $39.99, which still isn't bad for these guys. I'm worried the price is gonna keep creeping up, though.

It's being able to get them in your pile of loot before they sell out that's been the issue. I was surprised the 4-pack lasted as long as it did this week.
