2025-2026 Rumor/Leak List - UPDATED List 9-9-25 (after the livestream)

I've seen some people speculate it might be the red and blue with the black spreading over it (more so than in this image but you get the idea). That would be a cool version to get.

I absolutely despised The Crossing, and that whole era of Avengers in general, but over the decades since it’s gotten to be like some awful movies I watch: they’re so, so bad that they loop around to being awesome again.

I’ll gladly buy Crossing-era costumes, and display them in all their God-awful glory, bringing a smile to my face every time I walk by. Bare midriff Thor will make me laugh out loud.

But getting the Busiek/Perez-era Heroes Return stuff is my absolute grail. No other Avengers run beats that. George’s first run comes close, but the Heroes Return stuff is just ideal.

I hate to say it, but we haven't gotten that lighter blue/brighter red combo for Spidey that the old Secret Wars figure uses. I could see them matching the color palette on an existing buck to anchor a wave.
 
It's odd to me that they'd do a bunch of Crossing figures, but not Thor and Hawkeye. They may need the most tooling, but they're the heavy hitters and arguably the most distinct designs.

The current kiddie line has a Venomized Spidey that looks almost exactly like that with the black spreading over the limbs.

Hopefully they'll make those limbs interchangeable if that's the way they go.
 
I would not be thrilled to see a single-carded Spider-Man in the red/blue costume that has black paint apps to represent the symbiote taking him over. Maybe if it was on hands that could be swapped or something. But I did buy the Amazing Friends set... twice, just for that Spider-Man. And I don't regret it at all. It's my favorite representing a classic Spidey. I would love to see a proper single card release with a different more Ditko-y head that I can get a few of. The symbiote Secret War Spider-Man was so good... the regular costume needs a go. And how well would a series sell anchored by 2 well-executed characters which were previously only available in multi packs???

I somehow think I missed the Crossing two pack rumors.

I’d absolutely love that Quicksilver. That’s the same costume he had at the beginning of the Busiek/Perez era, isn’t it? Before the high collared look he had in JLA/Avengers?

I’ve often joked about getting S&M Thor thinking that we’d absolutely never get him, but in all honesty, I’d buy him full price, day one. That’s what he wore in Marvel vs DC which was my introduction to reading comics and stepping outside of just knowing them from the cartoons.

Correct on Quicksilver. His Crossing costume lasted for quite awhile, well into the Busiek/Perez era.

He also wore it in his 90s solo series I believe. That's one of those random books I have a soft spot for as I was actively buying whatever I could get my hands on at the time. It's a pretty great look for him.
 
I look at these leaked lists and seriously wonder how much of this is really going to sell, whether I’m personally interested in it or not. I think Hasbro is making a mistake leaning so heavily into very specifically themed multi-packs and deluxe figures. Single carded figures that appeal to a wider range of fans like Secret Wars is where I think their bread is buttered.
 
Quicksilver's silver and black costume (or is it gray? White?) is one I would like, for all of the reasons explained. That one can stay!

Oh, just that it's ANOTHER Spider-Man. Which I would buy. I hate to say it because it's me being illogical and bad at impulse purchasing.

The red did look weird on her but the armor designs on all of them were great. I could see them not wanting to release Emma and maybe Namor at retail though with those outfits.
