I'm a mark for Daredevil too. I sold my Legends DDs when I got the Mafex one- it's just the definitive DD for me and will be hard to beat. Having said that, I will certainly pick up a Secret Wars DD, presumably in a brighter colorway than the previous Hasbro DDs. That's the most I typed "DD" since I first discovered certain internet sites in the late 90's.
 
Interesting D&W wave if true. I know Gambit seems to be held over for Doomsday, but man, I want him sooner rather than later. If they change his costume for Doomsday too, which seems likely, then the D&W crew will feel unfinished. Only ones I'll definitely pick up are Laura, Elektra, Blade, and Cassandra. Dogpool too, but unless he comes with a Deadpool that has the adamantium claws, I'll probably just try and grab him loose like I did with Headpool.

Don't think I need Cavillrine, as fun as it was to see. Same with Cowboy Deadpool; maybe if it goes on sale, but I'd much rather have Nicepool or Ladypool. Wolverine Deadpool (Wolvpool? Wolverpool?) is a fun idea, but another one I'd gladly have given up for another. Brown Wolverine is a maybe, but if gives us a sleeveless look, I may bite.

ASM Spidey is a nice surprise. I'll definitely snag him. Wonder if that means a blue Electro and Harry Goblin are possibilities.

Still gotta get around to watching Daredevil, but I'll snag Bullseye and Muse for sure
 
I am in for Elektra, Blade, X-23, and Cassandra def. And I hate myself for it, but....I will cave for that Brown Wolverine lol

A single carded DD in classic costume (even if it's essentially just the 3 pack release with a new head) is very, very welcome news. Maximum DD has to be coming next year as well...

I'm a dum-dum. I just looked at some images and she is definitely emanating the volcanic energy in like 99% of them- I think the reason I was picturing her in rock form is she essentially looks like she's made of rock in those pictures, with the energy effects surrounding her body. That will be tricky to pull off in figure form but I hope they figure it out.

I'd guess if Hasbro actually ever makes her, they'd go for a cross of picture #1 and the Super Hero Squad figure. They tend to update existing figures based on past figures.
The two major problems I see with her ever getting made is:
1) To do her right, they'd have to make a new female body mold because Volcana has a larger frame than any existing molds. Would they make a mold for a one-off figure like this? Probably not.
2) If Bucky and Toro "won't sell", what chance does Volcana have?

Well Hasbro, if you're listening, you're all in for team completion, right? Not just for X teams, right? Dan Yun stated in an interview a few months ago that team completing was going to be a focus for 2026 (besides Feral and Rachel I don't see that at all). Volcana completes the villains team of the first Secret Wars as well as the major Secret Wars cast and she was a major player in Secret Wars II. She and us will continue to be a thorn in the side until we get her.

She SHOULD have a new body style...but if I'm honest I'd be willing to accept her on the Titania body if that is the only way we can get her (and this seems like something Hasbro would absolutely do).

Literally thinking the same thing. I'd love a new sculpt but if they can get her into existence using 80% of the She-Hulk/Titania body with a new head and maybe a drape-on effect like they give Johnny Storm for his flames on his shoulders, I'd be okay with that.
