2025-2026 Rumor/Leak List - UPDATED List 9-9-25 (after the livestream)

Lots going on, but want to point this out in case it hasn't been noted already (apologies if it has), Rachel Grey appears to come with a mini comic.

They could absolutely get me on a second crack at Excalibur. Meggan in orange, Captain Britain in his Excalibur v2 look, Kitty with some phasing effects and proper hair, a new and improved classic Nightcrawler with better torso articulation and better poseable tail. Throw in Widget, Gatecrasher, and some Warwolves while you're at it!
 
Do we think the “Deluxe Storm and Xavier” on the list are just the target retros, and they aren’t deluxe figures, just exclusives?

It'll definitely be after Dragon Man gets into at least most folks' hands. Otherwise it'd be 4 made to orders announced before even one landed. Trying to recall how soon after Dragon Man the Sentinels were announced...

Yeah, and the only one shown with one. I'm assuming a mini comic wave that will probably include some of the other leaks we haven't seen.

Wasn't mentioned, but I think I said over there I assumed it would be coming as there's no other reason to show that with Rachel. And maybe this second wave will be when we get a spinner-rack accessory.

I don't think they'll go back to Kitty or Nightcrawler especially, even though they could, anytime soon. The rest I think are at least plausible, with Britain and Meggan being the most likely since they're mismatched for different eras of that team while everyone else stayed in more or less the same costume. I'd assume if they did get updates one of them would come with Widget.
 
Two teams finished. A bunch of teams begging for completion.
One team rumored to start, one team revitalized.
Rangers with Phantom Rider.
X-Statix with an all new Doop.

They’ll never complete the main core of the Rangers.
Phantom Rider - yes
Banshee - Hasbro hates horses, so no
Firebird - yes. Classic costume cape/no cape, easy figure to make with existing parts, slotted into a BAF wave. Smaller figure to put the largest BAF piece with.
Red Wolf - probably his most recent costume in the Occupy Avengers run - the suit. His traditional appearances may be too much for Jesse to handle without his head exploding.
Lobo - just get an equivalent G.I. Joe figure.
Texas Twister and Shooting Star - not gonna happen. Way more obscure than Bucky and Toro who apparently won’t sell.

X-Statix fares a much better chance of having the team completed… in 20 more years.

I’m still in snarky mode…
