2025-2026 Rumor/Leak List - UPDATED List 9-9-25 (after the livestream)

They won't match, sure. But I can see them doing them to the advantage of Doomsday's hype.
What, like the little wave of Best Of figures from Black Panther just before Wakanda Forever came out?

We will likely end up getting at least some Doomsday X-Men.
Agreed, and some were on the leaked lists too... I think Cyclops and Beast maybe? I can't even remember now. I've burned all my notes on the leaks and pissed on the ashes.
I also think D&W figures are probably likely to come. We had to wait like 2+ years for NWH stuff, let us not forget.
Oh absolutely. I think they announced the second Black Panther wave a year later too, with it shipping later on.
Now, more Thunderbolts or the D+ figure wave? Nah, those ain't coming. I wish they were. But....they ain't.

I think more like when we got that Infinity Saga wave that was reissues of some figures like CW War Machine, Spider-Man, Iron Man, etc. Only maybe under that Fox-Men banner they used that one year. I am solely not writing this off as possible cause of the Doomsday connection.

Can someone please ask the guys about what happened with the Thunderbolts figures? Why are we missing three (of seven) characters and why they are coming so late and why did they choose a multi-pack approach? Is there hope for at least Bucky and Ghost *before* Doomsday?

Seconded. I know, I know, but... I'm hailing Big M over here. I know Taskmaster is too big an ask

The primary list has been updated after the reveals.

A few thoughts:
-With the reveal of WWII Logan and Warbow, we seem to be on track with possibly the rest of the rumored BAF wave - Enchantress, Phantom Rider, Iron Man MK 72, Dark Avengers Spider-Man and Werewolf By Night. With the reveal of Mephisto, that eliminates him as the possible BAF.
-Starfox was the reveal instead of the rumored Magus, so maybe Magus is in the pipeline somewhere or maybe he's in limbo with the rumored but probably not happening Princess Python.
-The rumored Mephisto/Robbie Reyes set is obviously wrong, so hopefully Robbie is the rumored Ghost Rider from the 6-18-2025 rumor list.
-Feral and Starfox weren't on any rumor/leak lists. For Hasbro to keep Feral off the rumor radar is a pretty amazing feat, especially since she's been wanted for so many years.
Thanks again for keeping all of the rumors collected here and updated for easy reference! Makes it much easier to sort things out as the reveals come.

When did the MCU focus start to shift? I'm more on the comic end, but it does seem like around Quantumania or Marvels Hasbro backed away from MCU content.

Even with production lead up, why was Thunderbolts delayed and not complete but the Four basically got a red carpet treatment?

-Betsy Outback Armor - after Rachel and Feral, Outback Besty seems to be the next most wanted X-Men character. They just revealed Outback Storm, so it just makes sense for Besty to be next, followed by Colossus and wrap up another team/roster. Plus they love their X-Men.
They also commented on making their way through the Outback team when they revealed Storm at the panel. Betsy's my bet, as well.

Yeah, seems like you got the point where it happened there.

I would love to know. I get why the four, if anyone are the marvel darlings but I don't get why they didn't go just a little more in on Thunderbolts.

I think Thunderbolts and Iron Heart have likely been relegated to/associated with the pile of overexpansion that Marvel seems to be moving on from (a lot of the new characters focused on in Phase 4 and 5), while the FF is going to be part of the newly revamped foundation.

While they pushed Thunderbolts, it didn't get the marketing push that FF is getting, and I think that resulted in being cautious about figures for the last few films (Marvels, Brave New World) and D+ (I assume the D+ waves underperformed).

But they made two-packs - and instead of making three two-packs to cover *most* of the main cast, they made two two-packs. It's an active choice to leave the lineup unfinished. They just announced three two-packs for X-Men 97 (that aren't even going to retail). So they had options.

All of the above films had their release dates messed with - Thunderbolts did change, but only once and FF never did. The lack of product for those makes a certain sense - Marvels wave stuck in warehouses, Quantumania wave releasing six months late but on time for the movie's original release date. But if Thunderbolts' * is to be believed, these characters are quite important to the next couple films, so giving them almost no merchandise is a topic I'd love to hear the team expand on.

Alright, yeah I wasn't thinking of how the previous waves were affecting this one. I was thinking more like "they didn't know it was a bomb yet!" But like Schizm said, weird that they did, essentially, 2/3 of the team.

I dont think Taskmaster is coming. But I can see the Hasbro team in Doomsday giving us a Bucky and Ghost in their designs from that movie. Won't exactly be accurate to the Thunderbolts movie, I get it. But I think that will be the plan cause Doomsday will be a bigger movie, and thus will get more figure support

Agreed on those two. Man, Taskmaster's design was soooooo much cooler but they did her so completely dirty damn them. But I can be happy with a Doomsday Ghost.
