Yeah, the color is excellent on this one. Definitely my preferred version. Now I just need to get a place for it in my apartment.
 
I already have 2 Ramen vans, the NECA turtle van, the Mattel 1/10 RC "The Batman" Batmobile, all 3 of the McFarlane movie Batmobiles, the DCC BTAS Batmobile, the McFarlane BTAS Jokermobile, DST Deloran and K.I.T.T. as well as a couple other vehicles I've managed to find in roughly 1/12 - 1/10 scale, and I have no display room for ANY......OF......IT!
Most of them are in bins in storage at the moment, except for the vans and the incoming "General". Not to mention the Haslab Ecto-1 when that ships next year.

My dream is to have a big enough 'geek space' where I can display all the various vehicles with figures (when possible), and include my vintage Super Powers & Kenner Batmobiles with them.

Oh wow. That's a LOT. Yeah, I'm just sitting on a few motorcycles, the Racer and the Roboskull at this scale. I've got the big Sentinel too and he's been in storage since I moved last summer. I definitely can't expand much further in my current space. In fact I'm pretty sure I'm capping my figure collection soon just to keep me from outgrowing my fishbowl.

I really wanted to pick up the Ecto (cam SUPER close to backing the Ecto) and the van, but I just couldn't justify it. They'd be cool, very cool, but I just had to pass. Only so much space.
 
Interesting 3rd party Sky Hawk/Fang hybrid. Skyfang? Cobrahawk? Feels pricey but I'm sure that's basically all down to whatever electronics they're using for lights and motorized propeller (a weird feature to me).

Looks like Good Smile is getting into the effects game. They're trying to match the Tamashii Nations Effects it seems, starting with red and blue fire first. I think I like the Tamashii more at the moment, but these are noticeably cheaper and a bit smaller it seems, so they might work for more displays where space is at a premium.

Either way, glad more companies are getting into this game so I've got options.

Suppose it would be more 1:10, but I'm still on the lookout for the right gun and duffel bag for the McFarlane Bank Robber Joker. Anyone have any ideas?

The McFarlane Munitions pack is probably best bet for the gun due to the odd scaling of those figures. It's not got quite the machine pistol he uses, his is a converted Glock 17 as I recall, but it definitely has a Glock style handgun in there. The duffel bag you'll probably have more options just searching "1/12 scale duffel". A lot of the soft goods ones look a little big to me, but that would probably work for Joker.

I like these as an inexpensive alternative to the Tamashii Nations flames. I have some of those spread out across displays, but I'd like to get some of the Good Smile ones as well. I'm thinking these will look good to be surrounding Mephisto when he finally arrives.

Yeah, I think there's absolutely a niche for "Tamashii Effect, but smaller/cheaper". And I already have Bandai's smaller Gashapon ones for that very reason. mentioned those on a different page earlier. Hoping that Good Smile keeps going and gives us alternates of things like the lightning effects and such. The Tamshii ones for those are good, but very big and not as versatile as the fire.
 
Annoyed I missed the pre-order for these. I've got the Daiso version of this, which is good (really good for $2), but these look to be about twice as large and have a bit more stage presence as dio fodder. Hoping they actually release (I've seen these listed before on bbts but never any indication they were actually made) and that BBTS throws some up so I can grab a set.

I bought a ton of the bootleg Tamashi flames on Ali Express a while back but you can never have enough flames. There are so many places in the displays I could still use some.

I've never gone for the bootlegs. Perhaps paranoid, but I always have the thought they'll be made out of some horrifyingly carcinogenic thing that will give me brain tumors or something.

That said, I've considered it *many* times. I'd really like some purple flames.

What I wonder now, is whether we'll get alt colorways for the newer pieces officially. The new floor energy explosion would look great in blue, and the water effect would be rad in red (blood) or black (for Symbiote). I also think the smoke piece would look pretty good with some sort of fade.
