I wish I'd gotten more of their licensed ones when they were coming out. I had a lot of the Star Trek and Star Wars ones, and a few of the Babylon 5 ones. I wish I'd picked up the Terminator and Alien ones. The others got rereleased so often you can find them cheap now, but those two lines are expensive.

I think my fsvorite ones were the nasa ones. I had like the moon lander and some other space vehicles

I uncovered my Playmates Dick Tracy car when I was doing my first sort of things to sell (this ISN'T part of that pile).

Kind of looks like a car with it's roof chopped.

Is THAT why they're so expensive? I was looking for one a couple years back to turn into a First Appearance Batmobile and was shocked at the prices for something I assumed had been on clearance aisles for years after the movie came out.

I lpoked for one for a retro mobster car a la BTAS and backed away for the same rea$$$on.

I got it on eBay over 5 years ago at this point. I think it was still boxed, but the box was beaten up.

With shipping, i think I paid around $100. I'd love the police car as well, but the prices had gotten insane the last time I looked.

It's cute that they did a remote control in the shape of KITT.

Overall it is nice, but I am good with my Playmobil version that has lights and sounds and I managed to get for less than $80Cdn. It isn't 1/12 scale but space wise I don't need another giant vehicle that I have multiples of at different scales.

I received the Kenner set as a surprise from my parents one day as a kid, and I still have a ton of fondness for that set. I will probably get this too.

I have a feeling that KITT is going to be spendy, but I might go in on one. I'm in the minority, but Super Pursuit Mode is what actually excites me the most about it because I don't think we've ever been able to buy one that had SPM except for a model kit. I have several KITT cars in various sizes (almost done building the Fanhome one as well), but none of them do SPM.

Wow, it looks awesome. this does interest me. I bet all those gimmicks on the car will boost up that price though.
