I think that was cause Super7 was being Super7. NECA's licensed from Mattel many times before, and worked with them. And they never went after NECA when they were doing the DC figures...sure it was all legal loopholes, but Mattel could've thrown a fit if they really wanted.

I had that bank Stay Puft! The huge one, it did the job for a bit, but it always, always bothered me how the head was shaped wrong. Sold it with the rest of the Diamond stuff after a while. Was never 100% happy with it anyway.
