They did a lot of good titles, and it’s a shame they went under. Really each title could support its own wave, and some could support multiple waves by themselves. It was difficult to pair them all down to one wave. Really I’d like to see a line of CrossGen Legends, but I won’t hold my breath.
I plundered the early marvel films:
Hulk, Captain America, Dr Strange, Thor, Wong, Daredevil, Beverly Switzer, Howard the Duck, Captain America, Cap’s motorcycle
Morgan Le Fay, Kingpin, Dark Overlord
Animated box set
Dr. Atlantean, Dr. Zapp, Plutonian, Baron Von Rathenraven (+Spidey)
To be fair though, those examples aren’t exclusively Ketch villains, or even exclusively any Ghost Rider villains. They’ve all fought various foes, one of which was Ghost Rider.
Why a random Spidey variant? Why not one(s) we still need?

He had a figure in the 5” Toybiz line, so there’s a precedent for him. I’d take him. Ketch could use some more adversaries. (All the Ghost Riders could). While I want the MoE Blackout more, I’d probably get this one on sale.
How is it we still don’t have Nitro?!? A nasty character responsible for so many deaths. And so easy to do with reuse. Get him done, yesterday, Hasbro!
