For $35 and having no soft goods, I feel like at least an extra head would have gone a long way. The one we got is good but after seeing so many badly-glued Evil-Lynn helmets, I'm not surprised the hairline is misaligned on yours. QC on the glued parts is pretty shoddy lately.

The biggest Bludd differences are in the body, he appears to have Outback legs and pinless arms rather than the CI Trooper legs and arm like before. Even his robot arm is pinless now. Classified team spoils us!

Alternate method I use personally, use cling wrap over the ball peg instead of vaseline. that way you don't risk any hot glue dripping down the neck.
