NECA has a phone number, you may have better luck - (908) 686-3300. I had an issue last year. It took me a few tries, but I finally got someone on the phone who know what they were doing and they offered a refund.

By some standards, they may be dated, but they don’t *look* dated and they make an awesome display, so it really depends on what you want out of them. They look good on the shelf, and that is what I want at the end of the day. If in doubt, by a couple (if not cost prohibitive) and try them out.

I’ve had this happen to me multiple times over the years with FedEx and they straight up don’t care. They take no responsibility for ensuring the package is delivered to the correct location. Thankfully, in each case a neighbor brought the package to me or I found the house it was delivered to.
