Big Bad Workshop General

So this is the kind of thing I always hated about Super7 - waiting a year and a half for pre-orders and then having multiple waves land all together. March is going to be VERY expensive.

Was just thinking how glad I am that I did not go hard on this stuff at all. Only the jungle action dude with the snake is even in my pre-orders.

I've argued that having figures delayed shouldn't be too much of a problem because if you had the money in December, you should've just saved it to March.

I got no excuse for all these figures coming out early, though. "I was planning on using my tax return" feels like a valid complaint.

Heard the sales haven't been nearly as good as they'd hoped on COPS...

Political factor aside, what did they expect?

It's a single release with no hint of what's even next. I feel like these things work best when they unroll several to assure people there's a grand vision.

I think it looks cool, though, and would like it to continue.

My amateur opinion is exactly the same. Knowing a figure is part of a larger line is such a boost. You listening, Super "Dungeons & Dragons" 7?

Buuuut, there was a tease for the next figure. It was one of Dr. Badvibe's buzzbombs.

I'd be sad if Cops'n'Crooks failed after just sticking their pinky toe in the water. It's right up at the top of my list for most wanted figure lines*

* tied with Space Ghost/Herculoids, Mummies Alive, and 12" MASK. I guess my list is more horizontal than vertical.
