Pat Priest, 100%. She the one I think of when I think about her character. I think she's more iconic too.
 
Oh, Pat Priest is DEFINITELY the iconic Marilyn. If they did an alternate Owen head, I'd put it on her to see how it looks, but she'd be displayed with Priest's portrait on the shelf, for sure.
 
Yeah...I genuinely can't justify this any longer. That was officially the straw for me. I wanted a Dek figure, but not at damn near 50 bucks. Granted, it's only 39.99 on NECA's site, but then they charge 15 bucks for shipping.

Fuck this, fuck Trump, fuck tariffs, and fuck NECA for not keeping costs down.
 
Well...that's a nice preview of what will be available at Ross this time next year. Good grief! What the hell are they smoking to charge that much?
 
Oof, yeah. If NECA Ultimates flirt with 50 bucks then I'm going to be buying far less NECA product in 2026. I'm at least encouraged by the new 2012 Turtles being in that $35 range, but it seems like it's Target or bust with their figures as a lot of online places keep tacking on more.
 
Target’s periodic sales on toys is essentially the best way to get NECA stuff. Granted, Target needs to have the items available for purchase while the sales are happening. But unless you’re dying to get a figure, wait for those sales.
 
Yeah, I'd already reached the point where I was buying far less across the board, and waiting on sales or clearance to get many NECA figures. If this is really the price point they are going with, I'll be waiting for the majority of their releases to have price reductions or skipping them entirely.
 
I know Dek might be a smidge bigger than the average Ultimate, but it's still a bummer to see. I know BBTS marks their figures up a bit, though, so I'd expect something closer to the NECA store's 40 when it gets released. I, too, have stuck mostly to Target for my Ultimates of late, so I'll wait (not so) patiently for him to hit there. Somehow I managed to rack up like $55 in Circle rewards through their various sales and things, so if I don't spend it before then, maybe I can snag him for free.
