MONDO Masters of the Universe 1/12 and 1/6

The figure looks good. Also, after seeing the Real Ghostbusters 1/12 review of Venkman/Samhain, I feel more confident that Mondos 1/12 figures are well made, and don't come apart or anything while playing with the articulation. I can't see myself not buying these.

Also, Revox. He has that lunchbox in front of his lunchbox specifically to house said lunchbox. He needs luggage fort all that meat. (I don't know what that was either, I apologize)

There are a few more reviews up now for the Real Ghostbusters 1/12 Peter Venkman. And after watching them and getting to see several of these figures moved around and posed, I feel pretty confident the quality and durability of what Mondo is doing in the 1/12 scale is good and reliable.

Having heard stories and seen videos of some of their 1/6 MOTU figures and how things don't really break, but come apart, I was honestly worried how these 1/12 figures from Mondo would be durability wise.

The only 1/6 MOTU figures I have from Mondo are their deluxe He-Man and Battle Cat. But the way some of those He-Man figures come apart at the waist or in other areas, and various other qc issues on other MOTU 1/6 figures, I never even move my He-Man and Battle Cat.

And I didn't want to get into this 1/12 line of 200X MOTU if that's how I was going to feel. But watching a few videos now and seeing the 1/12 Venkman get moved around a lot, posed, and the articulation being put to the test, I feel like the 1/12 MOTU figures will probably be good and I feel comfortable buying them.

I'm VERY excited about this He-Man. For the record, the 'King Grayskull/original 4H design' head is going on the figure immediately and the rest are going into a bin for eternity. I'm also planning to only display him with the classic-style sword because the mecha-sword is a fucking abomination.

But damn he looks great. Too bad the price point will very likely mean this will be my only Mondo figure. MAYBE Skeletor as well, depending on how close to 100 USD they are.

I wish that Beast Man was 1:12 scale. He looks great.

Many faces looks pretty cool but not sure I will pull the trigger

I like that he comes with a regular head to display without the helmet. First time I’ve seen that concept on any MEF figure.
It has a lot of cool accessories tbh. The fact each face is an entire head with multiple expressions on the different faces is cool

I mean, it's to be expected, but Mondo teased that they'll be revealing the Skeletor for the 200X line during their panel next Thursday at SDCC. They showed his staff last night in their livestream and opined that they thought it was the best Skeletor they've yet produced. Hopefully it won't be the only thing for this line they show, they were really hyping the number of overall reveals they're gonna be doing at the con.

Not digging these are “$TBD” this late in the game, something tells me they’re not gonna be as “more affordably priced” than RGB and will only be cheaper in that “well $100 is cheaper than $101!”

… but that Clawful will be mine regardless of price! The Staction has been a mainstay in my collection for these last 20 years, I can’t wait for him to team up with this monster and that Red MonstOrs Scorpion crab guy!!!

(Also if I’m wrong and these are somehow in $40-50 range, I’m all in, they look so damn cool!)

If I had to guess these will be $80 before tax, shipping, etc. Now Clawful, he might be more, because he is freaking big!
