General Marvel Legends

I would like a good DD, but I think I'm going to pass on the SW one. I do think it's likely another will come along after that's a bit closer to what I want. Hopefully with two fists...

But I probably will bite on Muse/Bullseye. I don't have as strong a need for Bullseye in a classic costume so long as it's recognizably him and a solid figure, which this looks to be. Muse I don't have any experience with outside the new show, but I can find a place for a crazy sicko in my displays somewhere, I'm sure.

Comic. He is often drawn with the seam up the front of the boot. But its a light seam; not a thick line. Common in some of the best DD artists of all time; Gene Colan, Chris Samnee, David Mazzuchelli.

I see. That is a very subtle flourish, and obviously not what they intended with this new Daredevil figure. Thanks for the lesson.
 
I couldn't get to Amazon quick enough at 1 p.m. to preorder Magik. Not sure I'm going to bother with anyone else, maybe Daredevil at some point. Constrictor, if he drops in price.

Looking ahead to later this month, I realize it's X-Men '97, but Hasbro couldn't throw in the cool Apocalypse Death head again? I sold that version (hated those wings) and really regret getting rid of that extra head. It would look especially good with the small, folded up wing piece.

Difficult to do these days, apparently.

This DD is tempting but I think I'm ultimately going to pass. I don't think I'm going to preorder anything today, actually. I think I'm just going to try to score them at brick n mortar when they drop. Try something new......see how it works out for me.
 
Interesting observation I saw on another site: if we're getting another "The Crossing" two-pack with Scarlet Witch and Vision, the tooling for Scarlet Witch's upper arms/ sleeves could yield us a "Mutant Massacre"-era Psylocke:

I hadn't considered that. Excellent, because it's the Betsy for which I'm waiting as well.

That's the Psylocke I want as well (see avatar) but I don't think there is that much crossover. Upper arm maybe.

I'm removing the black lines once I get him in hand. He can keep the belt and the DD that looks like it was done with Sharpie marker. I may remove it if I can find a waterslide sticker that works better. Really kind of a rip that they couldn't even be bothered to include a tether to connect the two billyclubs. I'm sure Michaels or some hardware store will provide the necessary wire though.
