It's a film canister! Of course! We're getting our first Marvel Legends playset ... the Gem Theater, with the Heroes for Hire office upstairs.

I thought that too, but 45lb plates don't really look like that either.

Loved today's reveals, much stronger than December in my opinion. Secret Wars was a bit underwhelming at first, but Magik and Daredevil especially are awesome. Has Daredevil crept into the the top tier?? The 90s jumpsuit figure is one of my favorites recently and this new one is badass. And I gotta get the 2 pack villains even though I am not familiar. Very dark and unique. Spider-man is a win and a miss. I wanted a 70s or 80s Spidey on an updated body, but they got me with this cool take. I just think he should have an effect for the symbiote to go on his leg or something. Likewise Absorbing Man should have something effect wise. They all look nice.

Digging the Avengers Crossing set and hope we at least see Hawkeye from that run. Maximum Thor and Daredevil are my faves today. While I am more of a Spider-man guy this Thor might be the best Maximum. That's the look I wanted and they nailed it. Really happy today even with some minor letdowns where cooler effects/parts would have been nice.

100%. And it stings a little more considering they were totally able to engineer proper boot-tops WITH boot-swivels for Falcon.

Great reveals!

The Secret Wars wave looks fantastic! I want them all except I’m not sure about that Spider-Man. Absorbing Man and Constrictor are the stand outs for me.

Onslaught is a favorite character of mine. I loved that old 5” Toy Biz figure. Any difference between this version and the prior BAF (besides the head from Kitty Pryde)? Still looks cool. I wouldn’t mind having an extra Onslaught.

The Crossing versions of Black Widow and Quicksilver look cool. I really like this costume for Quicksilver.

Maximum Thor looks great! I love the Coipel Thor costume. One of my favorite looks for Thor. And his second season look on Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. Love the soft goods cape and alternate face sculpts. Lightning effects and different Mjolners (although they look kind of big).

Muse is a creepy character. But the figure and that Bullseye do look cool.

I hadn't looked closely enough at Falcon but you're completely right - they got it right on his gloves too! It honestly looks great. See, Hasbro? It looks great! We obviously shouldn't have to choose between figures being done right, but if they had to get it right on just one of them I'm glad it was Sam.

Seems like a solid guess, and maybe connected to the rumored Mole Man set. Could mean he comes with a little diorama or base.

You being a customizer back in the day on the FWOOSH know more about bodies and such so I will take you word on it. It just looks real similar to that body. The hand shapes, upper arm sculpt. the bald head without the hair on top because I took the helmet off one of mine and that head sculpt looks real similar. The big kicker the ML team not mentioning anything about being on a new body. Furthermore we don't need another oversize Thor. Thor should be in-scale with the new body Thor figures we have now.
