So, I don't know what's up with BBTS but they still haven't emailed me back. So I went on Ebay and checked every chop shop I know of and found a pair of her legs for a fairly reasonable price and bought those. When I get them I'll make sure to heat up the joints before attempting to pop them. Worse case scenario I figure BBTS can't do anything anyway and I didn't miss out on them at a decent price. Best case, BBTS can somehow replace my other set and I have an extra set of legs for some custom later that I didn't have before. I just find it odd BBTS hasn't emailed me back yet.

Had a little run in with them recently.
Received a big POL shipment, and in it, I had decided to order the He-Man and the MOTU Netflix cartoon He-Man and Skeletor, since they had them marked down to 4 bucks.
Get everything open and realize He-Man doesn't have his sword. I send an email with the picture from their own listing to them and say "Hey, missing this part. Could you remedy this?"
I explain that I opened it, and only then noticed that I never received the sword with the figure.
They message me back and ask for a photo of what I didn't receive in the package. Or rather, what I *did* receive.
I email back and say..."I did. In that first email. I showed you what was missing. I don't know how you want for me to provide a photo of what I don't have to you. Are you asking me to send you a picture of the figure sitting on my desk, sans the sword that it didn't come with?"
This is what they sent back:
"Hello again Rick,
I understand what part you are missing, I did specifically ask for a photo showing what you did receive. What we were looking for was a photo of the product showing you received it without the sword in the box. Since you already removed it from the packaging, that would somewhat defeat the purpose of my request.
It is important to send us photos of the actual product you received any time you run into a quality control issue like this. Preferably before opening it, so we can see it was not in the packaging when you received it. Without seeing this we cannot confirm if it was actually a quality control mistake, or if it fell out or was misplaced after opening the product. Please keep this in mind going forward, as we will always request photos or video of the problem if you report an issue with what you received."
First of all, I'm great at reading tone through text, so fuck you. Secondly, I mentioned right off the bat that I realized this after opening it. Not sure how you notice something missing before opening it, but...what do I know?
And I would like to reiterate: the figure was 4 fucking dollars. I was just seeing if you were going to set me right or if I had to buy another one. They agreed to send it, but Jesus here, people. Come on. Let's be so for real.
