It's super generous of him to offer that but part of me feels bad taking him up on it.

I have no opinion because I've never owned a 3D printer. Don't know how much they cost, don't know how long they last before breaking or how flaky they are although part of the reason I've never bought one is I've heard they can be VERY flaky and break depressingly easily, don't know how much the mats cost, don't know how long it really takes although he does say how long somewhere, doesn't he? I remember him giving an hour estimate in one of his descriptions for how long it takes him to print and paint one.

I'll give them credit for being unique. I don't think I've seen a 1:12 weight set before.
FYI, the KS app only shows a still image with a "Coming Soon" banner. The KS site proper has a lot more info.

Yeah, I like the figures myself but I think even with some diecast joints one figure costing $120 is a bit steep. The tallest figure is only going to be around ML Captain America height so there's that at that price.
