JOYTOY 1/18 Scale TMNT

I got a package that started in Louisiana, got In Transit scans for 8 days, Arrived in the faroff land of Texas, and has now not moved another 4 days. Its seemingly happening all over.

Leatherhead officially Out For Delivery...

Same here. I want to hope that's just because of the high volume of packages or something, plus Christmas.
It’s usually the part that takes the longest. I too am attributing it to Christmas. This is why I try to never ship any non-Christmas gifts this time of year.

My Leatherhead is still in Illinois and now Metalhead has joined him. Who will exit the state first?

My Metalhead is still in "Departed from the original facility", so you've got me beat.

You know...put me into the alternate reality with our first female President, and none of this tariff bullshit. Please. Someone? Kelvin timeline this shit?

My Leatherhead finally has a delivery date too and it's tomorrow. Sucks it's on Christmas Eve when I won't be home, but at least it made it out of customs jail. I'm hoping I get lucky and the local post office has a runner out early delivering packages which they sometimes do around Christmas. Otherwise, my usual mail man doesn't arrive until 6.

This isn't JoyToy related, but IS USPS related.

I mailed something to my mother and step father in NY last week. It hit the regional hub before her local PO on Friday and then went to "moving through network" over the weekend and yesterday, which was odd. I looked at the tracking this morning, and it's now in KANSAS CITY, KS; which is NOWHERE NEAR her. I haven't even waited to see where it goes next, and filed a ticket in hopes of getting it back to where it's supposed to be.

I'm not sure if I just need more time with it, but I'm already not overly thrilled with how Leatherhead feels as a figure. He's "fussy" feeling. Also mine had one of the lobsters on his belt popped off and rattling around in the package. Going to have to glue that back (no biggy). The tail isn't a very good bendy either. Ah well.

Leatherhead’s long journey was finally completed yesterday, on Christmas Eve of all days. Glad that’s over. His bear trap fell off in transit. I’ll have to fiddle with him to see if I want to glue it on or if it’s better to leave it off.
