General Marvel Legends

Cassie is one BAF I never picked up, and honestly keep forgetting exists. I'd love to say I'll just wait for the inevitable regular-sized version, but I'm not sure if anything is inevitable anymore (aside from Thanos himself). Just don't know if I like the character enough for her to take up that much space on my shelf.
Even though I was Eh on the film, having her, Wasp, and Ant Man interacting with household stuff amuses me.

I was then only one in my area who bought that wave to flip the conic figures, and it reflected on Marketplace where I made retail back on them (free BAF parts!) and people are still struggling to move the movie figures at discount.

I wanted Salma and Angelina because I'm me. And both broke out of the packaging. Was this a recurring thing? Something about that plastic felt off to me.
I didn't have any issues with mine and haven't really heard of any others having that issue either. Are you sure you weren't just a little TOO excited taking them out of the package?

I also am someone who legitimately enjoyed the movie and was quite surprised by all of the negative reaction.
I just rewatched Eternals for the first time since seeing it in theaters, and it's actually a little better on a second viewing than I would've thought. The flaws are still flaws, but it does a better job of setting up the midpoint reveal than I remembered. And they did a really good job of giving distinct personalities and inter-relationships to everyone, especially for such a large cast.

And I've never bought a single MCU figure, but if they made a Karun Patel (with a little video camera), I'd snap it right up.

My Secret Wars Iceman just showed up and I'm a little underwhelmed. I guess I never paid attention to how translucent it was going to be. And while I thought I was prepared for just a naked, monochromatic figure, I really wasn't.

And the ice blast effects fit weird and I can't figure out how he stands on the slide effect and he cost too much thanks to a lenticular shield markup.

I think I should've put more effort into getting that Amazing Friends 3-pack. At least that one's got visible detail.

But the Amazing Friends Iceman is on the ancient Pizza Spidey body...

The new one is definitely a “meh” release, but that 3 pack Iceman was a special kind of hideous.

Late to the party on FF movie figures but I've been cobbling them together for the last couple weeks and they're now complete (Thing is sitting in my POL). Sue was the last one to get. I found her today at a shop that's a bit far from me but I was on the way to somewhere so I made a stop. Liking this set up.

Also, at the same shop, I saw reissue Magik for the first time and holy hell those cockeyes. I know she's been out a while and there have been dozens of releases since and none that I know of have returned to that dreaded, outdated feature the way Magik has, so I guess they just decided to go cheap with this one? Let's not go back to the cockeyes, Hasbro, not at $30 a pop.
