Just wanted to make a Thread covering Diamonds Lord of the Rings figures and statues. The upcoming Wave with the Witch King and Eowyn should probably be released in the next month or so.

Beyond that, I hope the rest get made that have been revealed after Diamond was bought due to its bankruptcy. We always had msword over on TheFwoosh to give us info. I don't know if he is here on Articulated Thoughts or if anyone told him or invited him to Articulated Thoughts.

But I really hope the line continues. It's become quite a nice collection, and I'd definitely like to add more to it.

Besides what we know is coming, I'd love to get King Theoden, Eomer, Faramir, Elrond, Arwen, Isildur, Elendil, Gothmog, and The Mouth of Sauron.
 
I really hope the line continues, too! I doubt Eowyn and the Witch King will be coming out any time soon though, given that the bankruptcy purchase isn't even finalized yet. Maybe they somehow went into production, but I doubt it. I'm guessing they'll be out this fall. I'd definitely all the figures you list.
 
Hoping for the best for the collectors. Got to admit, I haven't touched this line because I'm just not a fan of DST's figures. I'd instantly buckle if Thorin's company got made. Two figure waves makes all those dwarves seem highly unlikely though, even without the bankruptcy,
 
I can see Eowyn and the Witch King coming out relatively soon-ish, since I do believe they were pretty far into production for a while, but yeah, anything beyond that is up in the air. I'll continue to support the line however I can; I do think we've covered the bare minimum, absolute required figures for an LOTR line, but I still want all the others too- announced and unannounced.

I'm very excited for this upcoming Wave. They are two of the coolest looking figures in the line. I just hope we get the other 2 Waves that are up for pre order. I hope we get Azog and Gandalf the White too, since they have been either revealed or mentioned before.
 
That's funny, I thought there was already a thread for LOTR on this board. I could have sworn I posted in it! We'll see how the new owner works out, that may decide whether Eowyn and Witchking come out sooner rather than later, and whether Gandalf the White and Azog make it to pre-order. Sorry I don't have more info.

Thanks, Zach! You're the best, as always! Make sure you tell them we said "Pretty please!" and give them big puppy dog eyes. I think that ought to do the trick. If it sweetens the deal, I'll also consider showing a bit of ankle.

Yeah, my concern is my ordering options all listed with this copy and no unhelmeted pics:

The helmeted 7" Eowyn features a sword, scabbard, and shield, and the 9" Witch-King features a sword and flail, as well as removable flames for the sword! Each comes packaged in a full-color window
 
As far as I know, the unhelmeted head will be included, but I'm not sure where we'll land with all of these tariffs. If it means the difference between raising the price or keeping it at $30, that might be the dealbreaker.

I just saw your Instagram post. I'm so sorry, Zach. I hope you have quick success in finding your next opportunity. Thank you for all you've contributed to the DST discussions here and on other forums. I really appreciated you sharing as openly as you did. Thanks also for helping to get fan feedback incorporated into future products. Good luck!
