General Marvel Legends

Oh, my God. If I was in charge of Marvel figures...

Oof. Rosters complete galore. Sublines out the ass. Characters to where even the most hardcore would be like "Really? Paste Pot Pete? Forearm? Tusk? Alright...".
Haha all 3 of those are on my 'top want' list and I've customs in progress for 2 of them. I am embarrassed to think how much I spent acquiring base parts to customize a character as inconsequential as Tusk. But I loved that TB figure as a kid and nostalgia's a helluva drug.

If I ran the circus, everyone would be begging for surcease from bronze-age morts and civilian characters.

"Jesus, Flash Thompson? What a waste of a slot. You'd think the Daily Bugle SDCC set would've bought us some time on Spider-Man supporting cast."

... with such wave-mates as Looter and Gibbon, naturally.

I'd unironically take a Flash Thompson, to be honest. How we've never gotten a true Flash Thompson figure (Agent Venom doesn't count) is a little baffling. I get that a bully isn't the most interesting choice in a world full of supervillains, but he's an important Spidey character.

Robbie is a Top 5 want in the line for me. I want Betty Brant and Ben Urich also, but not as much as Robbie. A daily bugle box set would be fantastic!

Agh, Betty and Urich would be amazing. I've been displaying Moira MacTaggert as Betty for years, since her costume doesn't really read as Moira for me, but an official one would be welcome.

It would also be an exceedingly logical place to get a Frederick Foswell/ Big Man, if Hasbro had the inclination.

Dwight floated the idea of re-issuing the Spidey VHS two-pack figures on regular Retro cardbacks and I would prefer that to all these re-releases.

BUT - I really don't want that Aunt May again. I'd rather they take another crack at her. Someone made a great swap version using her and MJ parts that I can't find the photo of, but she at least needs a new comics-dedicated face.

And then a Marissa Tomei.

I feel like that'd be a smart play for many of those figures/ characters. They're fairly evergreen, and having them out again would be great for new collectors -- similar to how the "X-Men '97" waves have made most of the major mutants readily available. You can assemble a great X-Men shelf with figures currently available at retail, rather than through years of piecemeal waiting.

... I'd also kill for the VHS Peter Parker. I waffled on buying it and regret missing out, since a number of friends and family made fun that it looked startlingly like me.

I can not believe how much the VHS Peter and Smythe pack is going for. I kept hemming and hawwing at that one, thinking "No way that one sells out". Oops.

Bonus points if they include swappable parts to recreate the Ron Perlman Pennywise monstrosity that was her first doll
