Great list, and super useful. Thanks for compiling!

I do find it interesting that from those first couple of years, the ones we're missing are definitely associated with vehicles, makes me wonder if they're holding off til they know if they're doing things like the WHALE or SHARC.

They've done an insanely good job of filling out the ranks but man there's a ton of characters I still want.

There are characters all the way up to the mid-90s I could see myself buying. and plenty from after that I won't be surprised to want because they make the figure so cool, but most of my deep and active wants are characters that never had a figure, usually from the comics though some from the cartoon as well.

I love this list.

However, I'd be curious to see the names of figures we already have added to the list just to get a visual of the percent of figures already made vs the figures yet to be made.

Not to put more work on you at all, Scream. I'm just curious. There are a bunch of figures beyond 1987 that I'm not familiar with. Despite that, I bought pretty much all of them. I would just like some visual context as to where those figures fit into the post '87 offerings. Like I know after checking yojoe.com that Shockwave was in the same wave as Spearhead, but I don't really know who else was. Budo? V2 Stormshadow? Heavy Duty was a few years after that, and I didn't even realize Big Ben had a vintage figure. Forget about where the Cobra figures fit in. All the specialist Vipers, poor Gnawgahyde and Road Pig, the Iron Grenadiers...

I actually don't even display the figures that came out after '87 because space is just too limited. It's very sad because they're all such great figures!

Thanks for doing this. I'm pretty much only in for characters through 1986, so cool to see what all is left. Funny how little bad guys are left, just Thrasher and a couple minor trooper variants.

However, I will fist fight you for excluding Street Fighter. We can't let them forget that we need those too.

I sort of felt like Jada had the SF stuff covered in 6" scale, myself.

I mean I CAN, but u may have to give me a bit to do so. Luckily its a QUICKER list, its just figuring out which character goes on which year. Ill try and get to it tomorrow if I have a chance. :)

As for the Multi versions; That Im gonna say no too. I mean Snake Eyes has something like 25 versions? So... no I can't be stuffed doing that! :D I may do some of the major ones (First Cobra Storm Shadow vs first Joe version, Maybe Colonel Hawk vs General Hawk) but Im not doing all of them because that way lies Madness and I'm mad enough already! :D

I actually almost suggested the same thing, just adding who we have with strikethroughs, but also didn't want to add more work for you.

I totally get that and think it's a sensible line to draw. Some of the later versions I question if they'll ever get made at all. Like I wonder if we'll get Dusty with his coyote or if they feel Dusty v1 and his repaint are it.

One figure I would suggest adding is the Viper pilot. Yes it's a repaint but they haven't actually done him. Shit, but he'll come with a vehicle I bet, damn them.

OK, There you go.

If anyone notices a mistake or wants me to add something, write out what it is and what year it is and I'll add it, because I am NOT scrolling through all those figures again :D

Beautiful! Thanks @The Scream Man! That’s exactly what I was hoping to see. Love the progress the line has made, love to see that so many waves are near complete! Perfect visual representation that’s easy to understand. Excellent reference list! This thread will be just as important a reference as yojoe.com.
