McFarlane DC Multiverse

Black Canary is a huge reveal.

LOL at 90's Batman. He hasn't done them all?

From here on out we will see Joker listed on these name-only leaks and wonder if THIS is the one that will be Nicholson.

I’m assuming Hush 2 is based on the Loeb/Lee sequel, but would be nice if he took another pass @ the original design with a wired cape and a better buck. One can dream…

Think the only one from that list that I'll definitely get is Larfleeze. Vigilante is cool, but I'd rather the one from Peacemaker. Starman was always one that looked cool to me but I know nothing about, but I may snag anyway. I take it this is a new Joker, not one we know about already? As much as I'd love it to be Nicholson, I ain't getting my hopes up. I don't know if Todd would just release him as a regular release, Collector's Edition or not. But still, a Joker with lots of stuff- cards, bang flag gun, Joker fish, etc. would be cool too

We’re at a point in the year where we’re not gonna see a lot of new product. And I would say this even if Todd still had the license. NYCC is over and New York Toy Fair, WonderCon, and MegaCon are still a ways off. With 14 months on the clock and with all due respect to my Batman aficionado compatriots, I’d like to see Todd take a step back from Batman, his friends and foes. See what else we can squeeze out in the final year.

Josh, as for Starman, he’s got two compendium volumes, and if you read them, you’ll know why you want a Jack Knight figure. As for the list:

Power of Shazam should be the traditional military style tunic look which I’ve wanted since the start.

Damian Batman makes me a hypocrite because I’ve wanted him in plastic for a long time too.

Black Canary: Duh.

Freddie Freeman/CMJ: Another most wanted.

Vigilante I: I’d run a bus load of nuns off the road on my way to GameStop to grab him out of the box.

FA Supergirl: 👍

Don’t care too much about the rest.

As always YMMV.

Pinch of salt on these rumors. He’s not typically one of the “in the know guys”.

If that’s really an accurate figure for Vol. 1 Lobo then I’m absolutely thrilled. I want the ridiculous looking one armed jacket on an articulated figure.

With McFarlane it’s never a sure thing what the final product will look like. Batman Inc was one of my most sought after costumes and the recent release was a hard pass due to the glowing chest and lack of seam lines/detailing.

Also got lucky enough to find Guardian while visiting my family. I’m happy with him for retail but he isn’t worth the nearly $40 shipped he would have costed from GameStop. Cool figure but very minimal, but I’d prefer minimal if it’s accurate.

The Duck arrived today. It's what I expected, but not at all worth what it cost, of course. I've now got all of the Batman Returns stuff in hand that I plan to purchase. I'm still waiting for MTS to ship the full Batman Day wave. BBTS says that the Atom Smasher / Spectre 2-pack arrival is imminent.

The most exciting thing from that newer leaked list for me is the cowboy Gregory Sanders Vigilante from All Star Squadron. I've wanted that figure forever. Black Condor and Gangbuster we've already seen renders for. I'll likely buy Canary and Freddy though too, if legit. I'm a sucker for Mongul but it would need to be pretty different from what they've already done to get me to bite and pay the Superman 2-pack tax. Now Mongal, and I'd be down for!

I think most of us have cherry picked these Batmobile releases due to personal preference or just space but this one is a must at this stage....Man, what an incredible run of Batmobiles McFarlane has given us, most have ended up being heavily discounted and still available months after release- but that hasn't put McF off one bit, for which they have to be given credit for. Mattel would have given up as not profitable enough and indeed did for years -

I know the feeling when Todd biffs it with a figure you really wanted and you know another version probably isn't coming. Tim Drake Robin in my case.
