Unclear. I went to a GameStop last week and asked to see their preorder list for McFarlane collectables, with the intention of trying to preorder some stuff as well. Guy printed one off for me, but it wasn’t complete. He looked on his computer and said there were several items with no descriptions, just an SKU. He has no way of knowing what they are until it literally shows up in the store.

I was specifically looking for a Bizarro, but neither Jade nor Cyborg Superman were on it either.
 
On a topic from a few pages ago, comics. Not gonna go deep into the rabbit hole, I’ll just say that my comic reading and figure collecting are inextricably linked. Comics are of course seminal. If I didn’t read the comics anymore, I’d probably sell off my figures too.

Just saw a post on Facebook where someone preordered Cyborg Superman. I’m guessing with the figure now up on the site, they should be able to figure out how to preorder in store.

So I guess that Gold Label Red Manhunter Henshaw hasn’t popped anywhere yet?

To be clear, I’m not buying him. I tend to steer clear of Lantern villains. I’m just curious because I do like to keep track of this stuff.
 
After checking the McFarlane Instagram account, Henshaw is neither a Red Platinum nor a Gold Label. So I’d assume he may go up for sale at other places after an exclusive period for GameStop. Same with Bizarro. Not a Gold Label. So he should also be for sale elsewhere soon.

That stealth drop this morning caught a lot of people off guard. I just sat down for lunch and checked Instagram and there they were. Jade took priority (JSA all the way), but I worked quickly to grab Henshaw. Feel lucky as I got smoked on Bizarro a couple of weeks ago.

Yeah, I didn’t hear about it until last night, but either way, it seems I really miscalculated on Jade’s (in)availability. Or maybe I just wanted an excuse to be fiscally irresponsible for once and scratch that itch.
 
GameStop Canada had a sale on McFarlane figures and it stacked with the Edge discount. I did not know this going in, so I was pay $21 in moose bucks for Connor, Icon, Hourman, and Christopher Reeves Superman just off of a random pop in due to errand proximity.

Also picked up a lone Rom and figuarts Nina, but this is DC, so just know my bank account hates me.

Yes, you can.

However, it is dependent on if they have warehouse stock for the store or area. Sometimes my store has availability when the website says No.

Sometimes even the site says the Store won't, but I ask, and they do and always deliver.

Sometimes, they are out and that's it until release when they may or may not get more. The store people genuinely don't know and only can do what the system says.

And you can always ask them on release to try and secure one through warehouse excess or a store transfer.
 
Stopped in at a Target I don't usually frequent. They didnt have a lot of McFarlane figures bit they did have the Platinum Captain Cold. They also had Power Girl, Tempest, Orion and regular Captain Cold.

I accidentally put a small tear near the point of Hourman’s hood, so I decided I might as well experiment a bit. It’s not an ideal solution, but it sure looks a lot more like Hourman than it did before.
 
My default preference is classic looks but the "classic colors" chase Hawkgirl (like the chase Hwakman) looks too forced. If anything I'd buy the regular just because I have a DCUC true classic Hawkgirl already. Gonna switch it up and save the headache of finding a platinum.

I'm pleasantly surprised they've sculpted a new jacket and top for variant Gardner and Hawkgirl, respectively, instead of just painting the details on.
 
Apparently, there’s a Toy Convention tomorrow in Ontario that McFarlane Toys is attending. Big question, is there a panel? Will they make some new announcements, or maybe show prototypes of the WonderCon renders? Showcasing stuff we already know about.
