If anyone wants to help a non-premium member out with this one, meaning I pay you, you buy it and give Hasbro my address, please LMK! I want two and I don't wanna risk waiting to Nov 3. :(
 
First off, I got EPIII Obi Wan in the mail today. I got 2 of them. Beautiful looking figure with a great likeness. This one really feels like quite an improvement. I can't wait to get Anakin.

Second, my x2 Windu Vs Palpatine sets have shipped! I have been so excited about this 2 pack since it was announced. I'm so glad it was easy to get, because when it was announced a couple months ago as a NYCC and London Comic Cone exclusive, I was really worried how hard it would be to get.
 
We saw some lightsaber blade teases at NYCC. There is a very good chance that the blue blade is for a Jedi Count Dooku and the two red blades are for the double-bladed saber of the 11th Brother both from the "Tales" Cartoons.

I hope those rumors are true. Jedi Dooku has long been rumored, so i could definitely see him. But the 11th Brother would be great.
 
Star Wars is still the franchise nearest and dearest to my heart but I haven't been super amped about the Black Series releases lately, but a Jedi Dooku would be such a great get if they make him. Really anything from Tales will get me. I loved those little series.
 
The Tales Series has been really fun. So, I'd be thrilled to get anyone from those shows. I'm always hopeful that due to that series we will get Yaddle someday soon. Funko Pop did Jedi Dooku and Yaddle from that show. So, I hope Black Series does the same.

Same really. Star Wars has always been, and always will be, my number one thing. I was proudly the only guy still wearing Star Wars shirts (specifically... well, you can guess) throughout the late 80s and 90s. In high school, people would see my Boba shirt and talk about Star Wars like it was some bygone film. though I admit I definitely gave up on more Star Wars. Then Dark Empire, then Dark Forces, then Rebel Assault, then Jedi Knight, then POTF2, then SOTE (my order is surely wrong, but you get it), slowly standing taller and taller.

And now... I don't see myself as a Disney hater, and definitely don't feel like there's 'too much' Star Wars; I'm thrilled there is so much, even if I'm not into all of it. There's now Star Wars for those people, and these people, young people, old people, people into that stuff, people not into things much of all, and so on. Star Wars for every season, and that's awesome. And giving myself permission to not collect all of it was so wonderful. But even now, yeah... I kinda want to get even less! Yes, it's for the sake of Classified, but also I've really noticed that having less Star Wars makes what I do have incredibly special, and that makes me appreciate it more. Except Imperials, they're a massive exception.

Yaddle, redeemed Barriss, Niro, there's quite a few characters from Tales I'd love to see. I really love when they tell small stories in this setting.

I'd love to be enthralled with Black Series again but I'm enjoying a breather - they're still putting out great figures but the feel like they're hitting lighter and less often and it makes buying what I do like that much easier. Those ANH remakes are spectacular and I really love the Temple Guard.

This is the foundation of our entire friendship huh? I've apparently breezed right by some of yours, but you know I got get that humiliation you're talking about. Especially since I feel like I used to be WAY better at typing than I am now. Is it an age thing? Did texting ruin us?

But yeah, they are still doing great figures. I got a couple new figures recently and really love Barriss and the Sandtroopers*. I haven't opened Qimir yet, saving him for a bad day.

*Speaking of, still thinking about that review about the Sandtrooper pointing out the box art had ammo pouches in both hips his figure had a pouch on only one hip, while all three of the Sandies I got have pouches on both hips.
 
You actually just reminded me I still have that trooper on preorder from Pulse and it hasn't shipped yet. It's weirdly peaceful to know I only have a grand total of five Star Wars figures preordered right now and three of them are for spring of 2026. A few years back I would be worried the line was ending.
