Ultimately decided to go with the cap head on the original Cover Girl body, I mainly like having so many options for her now. Just need Hasbro to sort out a wee tank for her and we're perfect. Flint is probably the best Flint there's ever been in any scale, love how he's turned out. And finally, Sarge and Mercer are just two dudes ready to wreck some fools' day, love it.

Man, when you look at what the Joe team are doing then compare it to the other lines Hasbro have, there's really no contest. Hell, looking at those promo pics of Big Lob have even turned me around on his dumb ass, he looks genuinely great.

I kinda regret not getting a jeep or something, cause i saw an image of cover girl in the hat in a jeep and she looked cool. I dont think the tank would look as cool.

GI Joe has a thing for villainous women with eyepatches, but I would love if they include that head because a) I would like this CG to be a distinct, named character, and b) kicking the door open for comic characters would be super damned wonderful.

Ahhh I love her so much. She starts off as just some random lady getting hassled by this girl selling magazine subscriptions, accidentally captures snake-eyes, is promoted to Mindbender's assistant, forced to guard snake-eyes all by herself, watches in horror as he slowly escapes, begging him to stop, and then turns coat to escape with him and the joes

i need her back.

also she doesn't really have an eye patch for most of her stuff, but it looks cool

edit: right i forgot she got the eye patch during the cobra island arc of hers!

That's way more than I'm willing to devote to this. Fucking ridiculous that their website just straight up... doesn't work properly. I'll just not buy toys, then.

i have not read every G.I. Joe Issue, But I've read every since like, 264.

Maybe someday they'll make Serpentor Khan the mutant zombie Genghis Khan version of Serpentor

edit: Oh i should also note the 'Snake-Eyes' she captures isn't Snake-Eyes I, it's Sean Collins aka Kamakura aka Throwdown aka Snake-Eyes II, not to be confused with Snake-Eyes III Dawn Moreno, or Snake-Eyes IV who is a clone of Snake-Eyes I. Cobra just thinks he's the original Snake-Eyes in the story.
 
Massive restock at Target included Law & Order, Heavy Duty, the Divers 2pk and ReAction+ Falcon/Jinx/Royal Guard/Once a Man CoCo.

Especially considering the meta that this was originally a revamp of SHIELD...

but beyond that, GI JOE, for me, should embrace being as silly and ridiculous as possible. like having zombie mutant Serpentor

I get the point @Damien is making about legacy characters, but that bit with Sean Collins is one of the few post-Marvel bits I've read, and they absolutely made it make sense for why someone needed to continue his persona and have Cobra believe the original was still alive and out there. I haven't read any stories showing how Dawn started, but I have read some later one when she was a solid member of the team, alongside Helix etc.

hmnnn, Law & Order are partially tempting because they'd be the only of the 'new recruits' from the movie that i don't have (after i get Big Lob) but also they are the most boring of the New Recruits...
