NECA 2012 Turtles

I now have a second tracking number from Neca in my Informed Delivery. No shipping notice for anything yet and all I had on order was the Turtles and Shredder. Mikey was shipped in the first shipment.
 
I checked Shop Pay and it shows the second shipment is the other 3 Turtles and Shredder. Seriously Neca, I'm not the most patient person when waiting for my new figures but I could have waited a few more days and you could have shipped all of this together...
 
Whatever tracking number Walmart's website provided me for my 2012 set of 5 was an older tracking number they used for a previous order that was delivered at the end of July. At least FedEx emailed me the correct number for that package that was actually delivered. But I'm not liking these stories of people's stuff getting delivered anywhere but their intended address.
 
There’s definitely something fucked up between NECA and Walmart. I saw multiple similar stories relayed via YouTube videos. One guy at least had a misdelivery relatively close by, but I’ve seen multiple instances like what NORM had where the delivery image is months old.

No movement on my order, partial or otherwise.
 
I do think Walmart linked to the wrong tracking number. The tracking number they provided said the box was 17x11x5in and 2lbs. I have/had three turtles on order. There's no way they'd all fit in a box that small. Unless it's just for one of them.

Unfortunately, since my delivery address is a business, Fedex delivery manager doesn't work. The tracking number on my order page was indeed a FedEx number. Which takes me to the wrong delivery address. Given all the info, I believe NECA just shipped my order to the wrong address. I printed up a note which I'm going to leave on the delivery address. Who knows, maybe I won't survive the experience of knocking on the wrong door, but I'm going to risk it.

In another level of silliness. The email I got today (Tuesday) said my shipment was delivered. The order page says delivered Sat. Maybe I'll get someone else's order. This whole thing makes me doubt I'll order NECA product from Walmart again. Maybe not even from NECA themselves either, unless it's confirmed to be the only way (show exclusives).

Well, good luck and be safe. The best I can tell you is this has happened to me with NECA with both Target and Walmart (wrong tracking numbers provided), but eventually the orders did show up.
 
I love an opportunity to dump on Walmart, but given NECA’s recent history with shipping it’s hard to give them the benefit of the doubt.
 
I’m thinking against stopping by the wrong delivery address. Seems stalky. I already got a refund. Which would he hilarious if my order doesn’t somehow still end up being delivered. Not sure if a refund automatically kills an order if NECA is handling shipping. Guess we’ll just see what happens. If my order is dead, I’ll just get these from a more trusted retailer like BBTS or at Target when they eventually are available there.
 
so here’s how my wrong shipping number saga played out:
-Sept 12th: My order was delivered to a stranger’s porch fifteen days before I place it
-Sept 27th: I order three of the four Turts because Raph still hasn’t shown as in stock for me!!!
-Sept 30th: FedEx informs me two packages from NECA’s New Berlin warehouse are headed my way with an expected delivery date of 10/4. I’m initially unsure what they could be since all of current pre-orders at the NECA store said “unfulfilled” (same here, brother! Same here…)
-Oct 2nd: Walmart sends me a “good news! your order shipped!” email with an expected delivery date of 10/8, clicking on shipping details shows it delivered to a stranger’s porch on 9/12, very odd but from this thread looks like not uncommon
-Oct 4th: The two FedEx packages from NECA arrive and it’s my three turts from Walmart… and the other box is also the same three turts!
-Oct 4th: I send NECA an email with my order number asking for a return shipping label for the dupe Turts
-Oct 5th: they ask for a picture of the Turts
-Oct 6th: says the order number on the invoice in the package isn’t one of there’s, so I send them the Walmart order number, still doesn’t work ask for a screenshot of the order with the number visible, I send it
-TODAY!: About an hour and a half ago I get an email saying they will update me shortly. (No reply yet)
-Tomorrow: I wonder if Walmarts app will update to “delivered” finally or “oops! There was a delay in your delivery! Was Expected: 10/8/25, Now Expected: shrug emoji!” Or if it finally clicks to delivered since I’ve had the figures since Saturday and that other number has had their stuff for a month!

… but I’m telling you right now if NECA tells me they can’t find my order in their system again I’m just gonna return my dupe Turts to Walmart and wait for NECA to track down who got doubles on their end and pay the invoice when they send it because it should not be this much work to return toys they sent by mistake!
