Marvel Legends Gamerverse

I'm having a similar experience. The joints feel really gummy, but he was just sitting out in the heat.

The leg articulation is not great. The hip and knees don't get much range at all. I know he's a big guy, but they can do better.

Still the best Juggernaut Hasbro has made...But held back by some poor design choices

Sculpt and paint are great, though. Just not a lot there in the way of poseability.
Watched Dan Who's review and his move around with no issue at all. So I ran him under the hottest water in my tap for a bit hoping to maybe just free up the ball. The peg definitely got softer but I was able to twist him into a position that I couldn't before. Have him in the freezer now hoping to harden up the peg and maybe wiggle him around a bit to just work the joint out.

Alright, think I got his torso sorted out. I think my heating and cooling method was mostly doing the trick, but went ahead and put in a few drops of shock oil which has me much more comfortable moving him around.

Also went ahead and used a Gundam pen on the stripes on his mid section. I like how they didn't paint those, but they did paint the whites of his finger nail beds.

Much happier with him now. Juggernaut's always been a favorite of mine, so I like the idea of buying the last one I'll ever need.

I got Juggernaut as well with my glut of plastic just arriving and more headed my way. I like him, though he's really too big for proper 616 display. 97 Wolverine literally stands up to his navel. I love the figure though and you could probably cause a head wound swinging him around. My favorite part was that he will actually pose to his belly flop move from the games which I always thought was ridiculous but is quite amazing in figure form. No word on whether any stand would hold him in that pose though.

And some guy on Reddit wants him to be even bigger. Perhaps everyone will be satisfied when he's the size of a small dog.

Yeah, definitely planning to panel line his gut. All that new texture is awesome, but it looks too plain without the black lines.

Forgot to mention but I also got Shuma Gorath and he's a lot of fun. Love the eyeball, and the tentacles work better than I thought they would. It's a hard figure to execute but it think they did it well.

Thank you to all who have shared feedback on Juggernaut. I think I'm good with canceling this guy. It helps that I have no idea where I'd put him.

Shuma-gorath seems the one who's egregiously oversized to me. I realize they couldn't use the name, but was there something preventing him from being pink and more in size with the Capcom games? I think green was his alternate player 2 color.

They definitely leaned into his comic book version rather than the game. He’s green in the comics and the figure is actually *undersized* to comic proportions. Shuma-Gorath is *huge*, and basically a Lovecraftian Elder God.

No, he's default green in all the art. Pink was his Low Kick select option, though.

We have not heard officially. I don't think but the prevailing theory is he was actually made for multiverse of madness and this was just a chance to get it out.

Ah, he was default pink in Marvel Superheroes from the late 90s which is where I remembered him from.

So I just unboxed Gamerverse Kingpin and dang. The portrait that made me pick him up is just as good in person. So expressive. He's still bigger than I'd like. Kingpin is supposed to be big, but probably not 8' tall. He is human after all. He'd dwarf Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Andre the Giant, and Wilt Chamberlin. That's a big fella. Still, I can't argue with the looks. He's pretty damn rad. And now I've got to pull my Tombstone and Mr. Fixit out of a bin to see how the mob lineup will look on my shelf...

Yep, my first exposure to him was MSH - I bought that for the Playstation 1 and played the hell out of it back in the day. With the recent Blackheart BAF, Shuma is the last key to a complete line-up and I can’t wait.

I probably still prefer him green, but I’m one of a tiny percentage of nerds who would also totally pick up a hot pink re-release.
