SSNs probably should have been done away with years ago. DOGE put the final nail in the security coffin, but every bank, money lender, credit card company, and mortgage brokerage in the country has leaked our fucking SSNs a thousand times by now. The number itself isn't worth the paper it'd take to wipe your ass with. (I have to file my taxes with a PIN every year because someone tried to file taxes with mine thinking they'd get money back. HA HA joke's on you I'm a WRITER I don't GET money back!)

I will scream to the rafters about how we DO NOT want a government that encourages revenge on its personal enemies, but Comey's a fucking asshole. I'd scream to the gods if someone tried to do to Joe Rogan what they did to Jimmy Kimmel but I think he's a fucking asshole too. Since they failed to get Kimmel off the air permanently, they're trying to make what he would have said illegal via executive order and provide a clear path for the FCC to go after speech the administration doesn't like. It doesn't make it any less illegal than before because executive orders aren't law, but the legal process is so slow and the Supreme Court is in his pocket that it really doesn't matter. They'll be able to make life miserable for a lot of people in the interim even if the Court ultimately decides they're violating the first amendment rights of all involved.

I kinda meant literally. Pretty sure we all know the US has been quietly bumping people off the government doesn't like for a century, but people dropping out of the sky like overripe apples or being injected with plutonium feels right around the corner.
