Diamondback - her first costume is probably the easiest costume for Hasbro to make with little sculpting additions besides a new head. Her later costumes have a lot of diamonds inlaid in them, which would be more sculpting.

Asp - Hasbro would probably paint on her sandals and snake arm bracelets, or they'll just put her in white boots like later Asp costumes have.

Black Racer - we have existing knee pads and elbow pads, right? If we don't have existing knee and elbow pads, I'd take her off this list because they'd have to be sculpted.

I didn't include Coachwhip because in my opinion the texture of her costume would either be costly paint deco or sculpted scales.
Otherwise I'd include her.

I could see them likely just going with a flat yellow or gold for her Costume with no scale Pattern.

I tend to agree with @Thor-El. Hasbro is going to cut corners where they can. Likely they’d use a gold or yellow paint, with their “close enough” business approach. I agree that a detailed version would be ideal, but I don’t see Hasbro committing to that level of detail for her.

If Marrina/Namorita is coming then they could recycle that torso for Coachwhip, but then they'd likely just paint on the gloves and boots. I think I'd rather have it all flat gold/yellow than partially scaled and partially not.
