I could almost recite that without reading it, I remember it so well from the file card.
 
I mean, that's no worse than the country song I wrote about banging the love of your life in the back of your truck, but dangit she still goes back home to that cuck.

It was one of the file cards they “edited” eventually, they later used a sanitized, different poem with a line like “I’m a soldier for hire, like a pawn shop gun”.
Zartan also got an edit, removing “schizophrenia”, which was a good change because in context they actually meant to say “Dissociative Identity Disorder”, or “multiple personality disorder” as it was known at the time. Schizophrenia refers to a schism from reality (delusions/hallucinations/etc) not a schism between personalities.

After taking a tour of the entire east coast in an Amazon delivery truck, just got Flint. Just a great figure. Definitely a different actor playing the part in terms of head sculpts but his whole look really pops. My only singular complaint is I wish he had an open right hand in addition to the left hand for the shotgun because I'm a dweeb and set up all my favorite characters left-handed. (His holster could be a little more snug, too, but that's a minor quibble.)
 
Finally got Zandar after waiting for him to drop to the old SRP. Other than the dreaded faux waist rotation, a great figure.
 
I just left Target with Cobra Commander and Monkeywrench. I canceled my preorders for the last and this wave, but ended up buying them later at my local Target. They had CC x2, SE x2, and MW. I had SE from Amazon and yesterday I almost bought MW for a Sunday delivery. I came out one day ahead on that one.
 
At this point if I see CC and Monkeywrench in Target before Pulse ships them I'll buy them JUST to avoid more unnecessary packing materials in my recycling bin. That being said, holy crap this month is KILLING me with shipping. The Joes alone would give me agita but then everything else...
