Character from a variant cover is a well they've gone to before and it's kind of perfect for this kind of promotion. The Spidey/Moon Knight mash-up appealed to me more from a design standpoint, but this should be a figure people feel okay about skipping.

Oh, man, I would love that. I was all about Ultraverse in like 1996. I watched the cartoon and bought the figures and Marvel cross-overs. I’m assuming there are complicated rights issues and no one can make figures of them now.

I actually really like that the last two of these exclusives have only appeared on variant covers and not in books... they are good looking figures but are in no way important characters that people would feel like they missed out on (brown costume Nova, Rescue)... I would love to have this bit won't cry if I don't get it.
