Nothing. It's just DOG. He found it at a Goodwill on a day off and really liked how it complimented his half vest.

Have you seen how many steps are in the MCC?! He's probably the secret Joe OSHA guy and is always just looking at stuff, shaking his head and writing on his clipboard.
 
Shit. Making him the OSHA guy makes him even more desirable as a figure. Christ, we're writing this guy's new filecard with a gold pen.
 
I sincerely, unabashedly love when Joes costumes are objectively stupid. Like Steam Roller looks like he took a vest from the children's department and clipped grenades on it, but the Joes overall are so tapped in the head nobody will ever give him a hard time about it.
