Well, Walmart just cancelled my Crystal Ball preorder due to an "Inventory Issue".

The issue being that they sent them to stores instead of fulfilling the preorder.

So extra huge thanks to Justice for hooking me up with Crystal Ball - I left my stagnating preorder alone hoping I could pay it forward to someone else on the boards if it ever did ship, but I just got a notification that it has been canceled due to an "inventory issue." But don't worry, Walmart does have third-party sellers selling him for 48 dollars on their own site if anyone wants one!

As bad as Target is, as bad as Amazon is... nobody hates their own customers like Walmart does.

Same here. Although an order I placed about a month later than the original preorder date had shipped. So clearly not shipping who ordered first, which is terrible. Luckily Justice hooked me up with one as well so I should be good on balls.

I did get the Cobra port a potties today from Pulse. I had forgotten I ordered 3 and not 2 but I’m really digging these. They’re going to be fun to play around with and try different configurations. I really love the sandbags too, about time we got them in the line! The Alley Vipers look great in this camo and are probably the most realistic coloring we’ll ever see them in.
 
I'm convinced 80% of Walmart's preorders are some kind of credit card scheme. "The temporary hold on your card will be released in the next ten days."

Back when Infinity War was coming out, they had a Walmart exclusive set with Loki and Corvus Glaive, and Walmart kept doing little 'test' charges on my card until it totaled $700-something. What in the fuck is that? I cancelled my order, the charges all got reversed, and I swore off Walmart for... a little while. But I got that set on ebay or something. It was the biggest time of "Fuck it, it's worth paying more" for me.

I remember them playing that game - a TON of us got hundreds of "holds" on our cards for that set. I mean I hate Walmart on principle anyway, but sometimes the whole thing feels vaguely like some kind of box store criminal enterprise.

Right... I don't understand stocks and such but I imagine Walmart was using our credit cards to make quick little investments. "Hey, we know this isn't shipping for six months... let's have this asshole's money make money for us."
 
First off, I hope Dial Tone comes in soon. I know some of you already have him. But I still have him pre ordered at BBTS and EE. I want that figure. Also, it's fun. Who will win the "Get Super Camel a Dial Tone" race? BBTS or EE?

Second, Wal-Mart cancelled my pre order for Crystal Ball too. Hopefully I can find him at Wal-Mart, but if not, Ebay.
 
Looking forward to seeing your set up, Salem. You've got a knack for it. I had one of your WWE shots as my computer background for like a year a ways back.

I DID just order an Extreme-Sets wrestling stadium setup with the idea of doing an "in the round" shot with Cold Slither.
