McFarlane DC Multiverse

Its still about the ladies for me. Getting Zatanna is great, but Black Canary, Jessica Cruz, Stargirl, Jesse Quick. Theres a few families where we just need a few women to finish out or at least get closer to finishing out.
I'd also like Vixen as another longterm JLer. A decent Arsenal, a more modern comic Green Arrow and the rest of the Arrow ladies would all be awesome.
Mera would be great.

Seriously, so many of the DC women.....

I’d like to think some of that is achievable if Todd is able to produce figures for the first half of next year.

Beyond that, he probably has the back half of next year to liquidate his DC inventory.

Like I said, looking for some new leaks soon.

Feels like it’s about time for some more leaks?
I think that I've seen leaks into 2026 at this point and am not personally expecting many more. There'a YouTuber named Jayger or something similar who has been pretty accurate. He can be difficult to listen to and his knowledge of DC characters is lacking, but he's been ahead of most sources that I'm familiar with for quite some time now.

The last figure I got was Page Puncher WW and her production stamp is 042825 - which means if Todd is able to manufacture until his contract ends, we have over a year's worth of figures still coming to market. If he has to stop manufacturing ahead of the end of his contract, so the last items get to shelves at the end of his contract, the last wave we'll probably get is Supergirl - out 06/26/26.

I didn't really jump into Todd's figs until the Batman & Robin wave, which knocked out my most-wanted figure in Ivy and then did a fantastic job on everyone else. Then Two-Face and Riddler looked fantastic, and he made Hathaway and a classic Wonder Woman finally. I already had Starfire because I thought she was pretty and then Power Girl's announcement - I was able to resist really jumping in until the combo of all of these broke me. Once he started making women more consistently, I got interested - shocking how that works.

I don't know anything, but I'd expect any shipments to big box retailers to have to be out by the end of April to help make sure they're mostly off the shelves by the end of June. Again, a lot of these contracts are mostly about the marketing and shelf presence game. So I believe that manufacturing will end long before the contract ends. I'd say that most of McF DC releases are likely already done or being manufactured right now, with that window closing rapidly. I'd bet that Mattel already has initial DC product being manufactured that they won't show for nearly a year yet (SDCC 2026 is my guess). Tariffs and trade war issues probably slow some of this up, but I have no idea how much.

The latest leaks I've seen have projected February releases (and these tend to hit BEFORE their anticipated release). When we get into May/June I'd expect that most anything new will be online exclusives (McF Toys Store, Amazon, BBTS, EE, etc). James Gunn's live action stuff may be the exception where they try to time it to source material release date, but we know these usually hit shelves prior to the movies being in theaters or shows airing.

I'm basing my guesswork above on nothing more than being a collector of these and similar lines since the 90's and what I've experienced in the past when properties change hands. What actually happens could be quite different, but this is my "educated" speculation based upon those past experiences.

I know nothing either. But some of the chattering I’ve heard is that Todd has until the end of 2026 with 2027 still being negotiated.

That’s the version I prefer to believe anyway. So I will. Call me Polly. Short for Pollyanna. I’m gonna need a formal announcement from Todd himself telling us that 7” DCM figures are done from McFarlane Toys.

My parents owned a goat farm and the goats used to butt me when I was young. Made me obstinate. And brain damaged. (Not really. Although it’s as good an explanation as any). I just don’t feel like giving up hope yet. Plenty of time for that later.

Man, your list pretty much mirrors mine. There aren't many characters I'm holding out hope for, but we got two confirmed that were on my list when the summer started (Stephanie and Zatanna) so if we could get the folks you name here I'd be thrilled. And weirdly I think this line found its strike with female characters at the end of the line. Steph is great, the page puncher Wonder Woman is really cool... Maybe it's a good thing if we get Canary and Stargirl at the end?

TOTALLY unrelated, it took me 24 hours but I got Troika Batman's head to move and I no longer hate the figure. I really thought it was a weird design flaw that he was looking down menacingly and the head was immobile, but it's actually just insanely tight on the pin. Such a weird lok for Batman but the figure nails it I think.

So I understand the desire to hope... and more power to you... but I don't believe Todd will ever come out with a direct comment saying the line is dead or giving any real timeline on when it ends. Theres no upside to doing so for him, so it isn't likely.

And I'm disinclined to buy in to unsourced "chattering" Obviously there are things that could happen but until I hear something concrete it seems more like wishful thinking.

So after running around looking at 5 different Gamestops for Blue/Gray NML Bats on Saturday and only finding more Platinum ones, I stop yesterday at the 2nd closest Gamestop yesterday and find the Blue/Gray. DOH! The ONLY one in my area I didn't check. SIGH. Anyways man I really love this one. This is my favorite blue and gray Bats now. The head sculpt gives me a slight Jim Aparo feel and he is/was my favorite Batman artist. Love the longer ears. The head seems bigger in size too compared to the Knightfall Batman and scales better with the body IMHO. I think with some of the McFarlane Batman's the head has been just a bit too small. Love the bigger yellow oval. Reminds me of my Mego Batman back in the day. This is now my go to Blue/Gray Batman. It even has me considering selling off my two Knightfall ones. I never really had a preference for the capsule vs. pouches belt.

At some point Todd is going to have to at least acknowledge when nothing else is coming out. He won’t like it, but it’ll be apparent when he stops showing DC figures at con panels.

As for chatter, it’s really about all we’ve got. No one on the inside is talking.

I’ve bought 52 new McFarlane DC figures so far this year. With a little over four months left to go, at this rate I could have 75 by the end of the year. If Todd does keep the license until next December, it could add a significant number of new figures. Even if he has to give it up after that.

Yeah, I know Todd is kinda infamous for just dropping licenses/lines with zero explanation- it happened with the figures for Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, ATLA, Stranger Things, etc., but DC as a whole is far too big for him to just sneak away from. Even if he doesn't address it directly, someone is gonna ask him about it sooner rather than later. I think the moment his reveals start shifting away from DC even a little, people are gonna start asking. If I had to guess, maybe the reason he hasn't given a more concrete answer is he may still be trying to work things out behind the scenes. He's sounded at least fairly confident in the past that they'll be able to keep producing DC product of some sort, so maybe he's still trying to work out exactly what that is with DC and Mattel.

I found Batwing 2.0 and Troika Bat (picked them up) along with 2 AzBats in black (left those) at Walmart yesterday that had them locked up in cases. I had to explain to the guy which ones to pick out because apparently customers can't be trusted to reach into the cases either? Then I had to have him open the other case to show me what was behind the Collector Edition ones because they weren't visible. He was nice thankfully, but there has got to be a better system.

Just spent too much (again) for Platinums at Figurines for All. Grabbed Platinum Metron and Mirror Master as I’ve been unable to find them around here. Probably jumped the gun a bit. But I’m being proactive.

Yeah, he can’t just walk away from this one. People will demand some transparency and clarity.
