Don't think so. That's just the previous Venom but blue flavour. Or is that a new head?

I think the only untweaked figures are War Machine and Omega Red. At least the bodies...

I think the Venom tongue head is new. I was more wondering about sculpting or articulation tweaks. I was just arranging my Venom figure onto a new shelf, so it's on my mind.

Do we know if that Cap torso is new or sourced from Vulcan/whoever?

Also, War Machine, I believe, has a new upper torso, new forearms, and new lower legs.

War Machine and Omega Red have new accessories and parts... but the bodies seem to be pretty much re-use. Appropriate for the Walmart set.

To me, it's at least enough new parts to justify getting them again. I feel the same way about Cap without the scales; just new enough. Don't need a blue Venom, though. Love that they did it. Just don't need it, myself.

Did Venom get any?

He got a new headsculpt to match the sprite in the game other than that he doesn’t really have any new parts.

But war machine has an entirely new upper body including the head sculpt, his cannon, chest plate, shoulder pauldrons, forearm gauntlets and then the plates on his abs and crotch piece are new.

Psylocke is on a modified warbird body but all of the details of her costume are sculpted on

Omega red has a new headsculpt and bendy tentacles.

Thanos has a new head, breastplate, gloves, boots and skirt. His paint job is also new.

Cap obviously has a new torso with no scale mail and butterfly joints. And he comes with a normal shield. And lastly Shuma Gorath, Juggernaut and Wolverine are 100% brand new
