Coming up, what we know:

Daredevil - one figure revealed, scheduled to ship November.

Thunderbolts - two sets of two figures revealed, going up for preorder 5/1 and 5/8

Fantastic Four - rumored to have a wave, but we'll see if they're sticking with this set style.

And a Disney Plus wave is rumored, which may be what the Daredevil figures are part of.
 
I've never been much of a fan of the Raimi Spiderman movies, but I am glad they are doing him. I wonder if they'll ever do a Venom. I know this is an easy repaint (it is, right? They didn't change the symbol or anything?), but having more 'legacy', pre MCU figures would be nice. I have to assume Secret Wars will lead to more as well.
 
I don’t think it would be a straight repaint. He was a little bigger than standard Spidey. If they do, do we get a Topher head? I hope so.
 
No no, I mean if the black Maguire is a straight repaint. I know Topher had a lot of changes though so I wouldn't expect a repaint for him, and needing a new sculpt may mean he'll never get made..which... I'm kinda okay with but would be nice if they did a full set of the Raimi villains.
 
Oooooh. Gotcha. In the movie it may have differences, but if I know Hasbro, they’ll just repaint the NWH figure.
 
Looks like I finally found my people! Happy to be here. As an MCU only collector, it’s been hard to find fellow collectors to exchange ideas and theories with!

I’ve recently streamlined the collection down to one definitive version of a character. We recently had our second kid and about to start building a house, so won’t have as much time to devote to this hobby. I’m trying to aim closing out the collection with the conclusion of Doomsday/Secret Wars. Hoping to have good representation of every major marvel character at that point!

Excited to get Thunderbolts and F4 this year. What is everyone’s hopes for Doomsday? I’m hoping that since we’re getting Thunderbolts, Fantastic 4, and hopefully another Deadpool wave that they. A devote wave space to the X Men returning. I’m hoping we get Cyclops, Nightcrawler, Beast, Gambit (hopefully in Deadpool wave) and hoping that Storm and Jean come back as well so we can them. Add them to Wolverine, Colossus and Charles (if we don’t get a new X and Magneto) and that’s a pretty solid x team! Also ready to finally have a Doom. I think my long shot figures would be a Deadpool and Wolverine 3 pack of Toad, Pyro, and Sabretooth along with a DP2 Juggernaut so we could have a movie esque Brotherhood

Will still make exceptions for new Spidey villains, the remaining Young Avengers, and a potential Ghost Rider!
 
Not sure what to expect of the Fox X-Men folks being in Doomsday. Everyone's getting old — some of them really old.

Hasbro needs to kick out the Fox X-Men like they're doing with the Tobey black suit figure. Base them off the early 2000s movies when they were in their prime. It would be a great thing to do leading up to Doomsday.

And I gotta say, I really like the look of that Sentry figure that was revealed. All the Thunderbolts figures looked good.
 
I get that take on the Fox characters, and my kneejerk was "aw, naw, I want them recast already!"

But as I pointed out in the other thread, Feige started out on those movies so of course he has affection for this cast, AND the Fox universe makes a solid substitute for the Ultimates when you want to have a well established universe to pit the primary MCU against in an incursion.
 
I don’t neeeeeed Fox X-Men, but if they’re gonna do them, my preferred looks would be from United. That was my favorite of the trilogy.

Wow. MCU only collectors are hard to come by. I have three different displays of MCU, one at my office, and two at home. One the home ones is strictly Spider-man, and street level MCU characters. I just picked up NWH Electro this week, so I'm hoping to add him to that display soon.

I guess it would make sense if they went with that, but I really hope they veer away from the black leather and go with the DP&W way of closer-to-comic style.
