But this Thanos is awesome! I love the colors. I don't know what it is, but these colors on this Thanos are everything I need to see.

Yeah I expected to quickly toss Thanos to the side but the colors pop so much and I think he will be my new main Thanos.

Like someone else somewhere said (maybe here?), I'm having a hell of a time figuring out how Betsy's slashing effects should fit on her in a way that makes sense.
 
My wife was out near our Target today, so I had her stop for me.

She went to customer service with the DPCI number, and an employee we've interacted with dozens of times there found it in the system and had the toy department retrieve it from the back. Go to customer service and be nice. Easy as that.

They had four more in the back, too.
 
I went to my Target tonight because they showed online that they had the Target exclusive DC Multiverse Kite-Man available in limited quantities, but not available for pickup. This was another one that I missed the pre-order on, just like Psylocke/Thanos. I checked the shelves in both Electronics and Toys and found nothing, so I asked for help.

I was told that they had 10 of the Kite-Man in stock but wouldn't let me purchase until they did their toy reset in a couple of days. I asked about Psylocke / Thanos (again) and was told they don't have any of those and aren't expect to receive any. I asked about other local stores and they said that nobody close had them.

I'm glad to hear others are having more luck but I'm really beginning to dislike Target. My local Walmart is no better, though honestly. That Walmart never did stock any of the Superman movie figures, Jade, James Gordon or SA Bizarro. Still looking for Gordon. My local retail suck, which doesn't matter if I can get pre-orders in - but that seems to be getting harder and harder all the time.

Got my set today. Psylocke is a nice sculpt, but the flesh colored paint over the purple plastic has a blue hue in some spots, the coverage isn't great. It's particularly noticeable in the torso. Not the end of the world, but it is a little distracting. Also wish the diaphragm joint had more forward movement.

Still the best Psylocke we've gotten, though. The paint issues aren't noticeable from far away.

Like I said before, the big effects sort of clip onto her hands with the two extended figures. There is a c-clip on the effects that can clip onto her fingers.

Yeah I found the clips but they just don't seem to hold very well so I was wondering if I was doing something wrong.

Are you implying everyone else that went to Target on Sunday was a rude barbarian 😉? But seriously, Sunday caused the most issues I've ever seen, just going by the chatter here, youtube, and even the local FB group. For the last several years I've been jealous of everyone getting their figures from a store on the street date. This time I got lucky. Next time, I'm sure I'll be back here complaining, unless I find that same Target employee that helped me on Sunday.
 
The long effects pieces for Psylocke appear to be identical. Is she supposed to spin like a helicopter with these on? I haven't played the game.

My Thanos when up for sale immediately upon opening. I've had no takers selling for local pick up at $35 and he is not selling on eBay for $45 free shipping (which, when all is said and done would fetch me < $30 back in my pocket). Me ultimately spending $25 or even $30 for Psylocke doesn't look like it will be happening. I wonder how much I will end up paying for her when all is said and done. She's an awesome figure though, and IMO one that's important enough to put up with trying to sell a figure I don't want.
 
Thanos is a nice figure, but I've worked really hard over the years at tightening up my collection which is why I feel a little salty when "forced" into a figure I wouldn't buy. I almost resent Thanos for the space he is going to take up and I have another one coming. On the other hand, I actually sold my Silver Samurai years ago, but he's one I might like having back.

I started selling loose figures regularly about 8-10 years ago and shipping was about $1.80 to anywhere in the US. I haven't listed anything in months due to having so few excess figures. I bet Thanos is going to be close to $8 shipped. I think postal rates went up last week.

I don't have mine yet, but are you sure? MCUCollector24 at first thought they were identical in his Youtube review, but after looking at them more closely he thought they were different. I can't entirely tell from what I've seen, but if they're different then whatever differences exist are quite subtle.

I need to reeducate myself on shipping costs. I recently sold one ML head and the shipping for that small pice in the smallest, lightest box I could find cost $7. I did it through the PO, though so maybe that's it. Between shipping and fees I broke even and was out one ML head. May as well have put it on the curb.

It's hard to explain without showing but on both pieces the c-clamp is on the same side relative to the bend of the effect. If that makes sense........?

I think you're saying they're the exact same, but they're mirror images of each other just as her two-fingered hands are mirror images of each other. MCUCollector24 didn't realize that, but it makes sense if that's what they did.

I buy through eBay and they always say, "you saved __%" compared to the PO. I was looking at the last figure I sold, neca TMNT Chakahachi. His shipping was $7.49 and after all the fees, I ended up with $12.69.
