Not sure if this is exactly what you meant/are looking for, and it's not a great photo, but here's a basic head swap. I think Torchie's hands and head look way better on Johnny's body than Johnny's head looks on Torchie's body. I still think that Johnny's box showing the flaming hands means they should've included them with the figure, but I've just given him one each of Torchie's extra hands in the display.

I'm tempted to do a swap at the chest swivel of these two, but then I realized I'd probably have to do the arms also and that was now way too much work. Also, I like that the fire on his back is securely in - but I also want to swap it. :(

Reed also looks better with Johnny's costume, I think. Hoping the movie will win me over to the existing design.

I’ve been wondering how Reed’s head would look with Johnny’s suit myself. Can someone who has both figs post pics of the head swap?
 
Had a chance to open Thing, and he’s great. The articulation is so smooth and has a lot of range for a Thing figure. He’s one of the most fun Thing figures to pose around. Love the face sculpt and the rock texture on the body.

Just a super quick, basic swap. Was gonna see how they looked with their respective powers, but Johnny's arms didn't seem to want to pop out in the time I had; they were already kinda wonky and had a hard time going down, so I didn't wanna chance it. But as-is, I don't think they look too bad! I definitely like having a bit more white on the suits.

Seeing that made me appreciate how their uniforms are still distinct even more. I also really like the slight astronauty feel they have with the boots etc.
 
I got the Silver Surfer yesterday. Her lack of paint isn't terrible, but I bought ROM two days before, so his nice paint job is a very fresh memory. I was out of town and saw Silver Surfer at Walmart, thought she looked decent, but didn't buy because she was on the way from Amazon. Afterwards, I walked across the parking lot to GameStop and found ROM for the first time.
 
I still haven't seen Superman, so will be seeing that this weekend and F4 a couple weeks down the line. I hate that they have 2 of the only 3 movies that I will see in the theater this year during the same month! (Thunderbolts was the other). I can't take my kids to the movies for under $100 per trip anymore.

I'm a HUGE connoisseur of action scenes and have been working on a list of the best ones ever made for a few years now, and Superman has one that has quickly cracked my top ten list and is a STRONG contender for my favorite action scene ever.

I suspect you'll know it when you see it, but the strong hint is that it features a DC character that I didn't even know existed until I saw that film but suddenly wanted a movie about them instead of the Superman movie I was watching. :love:
 
Not sure why I didn't think to try this until now but Shalla-Bal's board fits quite well into the Haslab Silver Surfer stand so she can work fine with that Galactus.
