Marvel Legends Gamerverse

The next Black Cat needs to have an unmasked alt head. Though wouldn't Husk's non-screaming head be a good fit for Felicia? At least, Animated her?

My Gamerverse Kingpin order has disappeared into the ether - he's not coming soon.

We would need two completely different body types for animated black cat because she would grow in height when she transformed to black cat. Also her hair color would change and her muscles would be more defined

Unmasked is good. My ideal would be a smirk Bagley portrait (the Gamerverse smirk is so nice), and umasked or gritted teeth.

"Spider!"

I've now got several Black Cats I really like, but don't have the perfect one yet. I honestly think that an animated version would take top spot though.

Got Kingpin today from Amazon. It's funny calling him the Gamerverse version because he looks nothing like the PS4 version of Fisk, but I actually REALLY like the face sculpt on this one as an all-encompassing comic book Kingpin. The black and purple suit really pops and I like how he has two hands with two very different ways to hold his cane.

I got my Kingpin yesterday too and love how big he is. He looks great on my Daredevil shelf. The face sculpts are great and love how accurate the bald sculpt is. He even has the slight ridge between face and scalp that will often be more pronounced on larger bald guys. A+ detail.

Holy crap, Psylocke looks to be the CLEAR Legends figure of the year so far. RIDICULOUSLY good. I don't recall any Legends figure being clearly better than the Mafex equivalent, but this time that's definitely the case--and it isn't even close. Obviously there are some nits like no sword, not enough hands, stiff hair, and a mediocre paint job on the torso to match her skin tone on the arms and legs, but wow, this figure is absolutely amazing. She's even cheaper than the Mafex and comes with that nice Thanos accessory for a little added bonus.

This makes me look forward to Wolverine because he also has Mafex styled articulation and is probably one of the most articulated Wolverine figure to be put to market thus far

My only criticism with Betsy is that on some reviews, the side seam on the torso looks hideous if the paint doesn't hit it. Fixable, but shouldn't have to.

Amazon says my approval is needed for my delayed Kingpin preorder but also won't let me approve the delay. Every time I try to approve it, it encounters an error.

I decided to grab an extra Wolverine vs Silver Samurai pack since I have a little bit of a budget surplus since these sets have been priced more generously than I anticipated. Originally I set aside $700 for all of the figures in this assortment because I assumed that the larger figures would have price tags up to $100 a piece but these are starting to clock in at $450 or there abouts for the entire assortment. So I’ll keep the extra Wolverine pack to display in box as a commemorative thing.

That makes me very upset that I wasn't able to snag one. 😒
I've never had much of a hard time obtaining ANY Target exclusive figure. Is it trivially easy as it should be? Unfortunately not. Is it hard? Eh, slightly. There's a bit of a hunt to it, but nothing overly difficult.

Look up the DPCI on the product page and call your nearest Target. Use the phone options to get to customer service, give them the DPCI, and ask them if they have it. If they don't ask them when it's due in (that's a field in their system). Also ask them if other nearby stores have it because that's also something their in-store system can show them.

Their street date for the set is July 20th. Call the first time a week before that. They probably won't have it yet nor will other nearby stores, but they might. If they or another nearby store has it ask them to hold it for you at customer service then go get it. If they don't call back in a week or two and repeat. Most of the time their employees are helpful, but if you end up on the phone with one who isn't call back the next day and hope you don't get that person again.

The alternative is to wait until the release date of July 20th. It should go live at midnight CST (their corporate home office is in the Central time zone) or within two hours of that time. Hopefully you can snag it in stock and online during that time window. Sometimes I get figures like that, but if it's a super-popular one--and since this is a figure of the year candidate I would just assume it will be super-popular whether it ends up being that or not--I have to do the local hunting as I described in the last paragraph.

I've never missed a Target exclusive doing one of the things I just outlined, and I think I own every Target exclusive Legends figure they've ever done since 2019. Or close to all of them. I'm sure there were a few I didn't want.

Here's Target's product page for the set:

The DPCI is in the "Specifications" section and is 087-26-2726 for this set.

If you're trying to do it in the app, it usually won't work. I've had to approve delays though a browser on a computer to get it to work.
