Inart 1/12 DC Figures

Onesixthkit finally sent the invoice. They added a "tariff impact fee" of $4, for a total of $80. I had some points that will knock off a few dollars

I paid Bombusbee last week and have yet to see any movement. Anyone ever dealt with them before? They usually pretty slow?

My Bombusbee shipment hit the US earlier today in New York (I'm in Virginia). Should be here in a day or two.

Finally got delivered overnight. The shipping company was one I've never heard of called 4PX, and they delivered all the way to my door. It went "Out for delivery" around 10 AM EST, but it arrived at 1:49 AM EST the next day according to the tracking. First time I've ever had something delivered in the middle of the night. I'm not a fan of that since I live in the city and there's a public sidewalk right in front of my house. I'm half-surprised that it didn't require signature confirmation and they didn't knock on my door at 2 AM.

The figure is great and of course that Christian Bale headsculpt with the deluxe version is divine, but it almost feels like splitting hairs to compare it to the Mafex 2.0 version I already have. I think I bought the InArt entirely for that head sculpt, and yep, it may be the best ever made in the 1:12 scale. It's just amazing.

Received mine as well about 9 a.m. today. Interestingly, UniUni was the deliverer for me. I don't have a lot of time to mess with it right now but I had to see the Bale head in person. Does not disappoint at all. It's actually stunning how good it looks in person. Here's a quick pic with my iPhone that's a little fuzzy, but you get the idea:

The figure itself is great and about the size I expected it to be. I suppose it's comparable to a Mafex but I didn't have any of the few I own handy. So how about a recent $6 Ross find.

Figure, packaging all seem top-notch.

I can't wait to see what comes next.

He arrived today, he’s really quite lovey (as long as you don’t let the belt ride up to expose a gap as if he’s been bisected). The cape especially feels wonderful in how it drapes.

Mine is somewhere in the US. I reckon sometine this week. Can't wait! Looks great! Hope they go all in with Joker, Bane, Ra's, Catwoman, Two-Face and Scarecrow.

It's great, isn't it? And yes, I'd would be well chuffed if we get a Bane, Selina, Harvey, and Scarecrow from them of the same quality.
This is everything that I think Mezco's One:12 wants to be, but have told us in its entire existence couldn't be done at this scale.

It's probably a long shot, but I'd love to see them do civilian characters like Alfred, Gordon, and Lucius. Given their their tendency towards busy designs (Dark Nights Metal, Black Myth Wukong) I imagine that they might find guy-in-suit figure boring

Agreed. I’ve a handful of Mezco figs but none of their cape stuff because they almost all have awkward looking, generic figure bodies stuffed into their suits.

The more I mess with this guy the more I want to order that TDK armoury model kit, and make a start on the Tumbler & pod kit I’ve had for a while.
