Acid Rain World: Novark

I've been collecting their 1/18 figures for what has apparently been eight years already. I've sold a few just this year, but I still have 20 of them and a few vehicles in a diorama. If I weren't limited on space, I wouldn't hesitate to grab this one.

Oh boy. I only have a few 1:18 figures but they're great. These will be tough to resist — unless they're really expensive, which I feel could be a real possibility.

Yeah I think expensive is a given with these guys. Still, what a time to be collecting toys.

Yeah, no doubt. I'm sure they'll be worth the extra cost. And there's so many ways they can go between the figures, drones and the vehicles ... an Ankylo?

Saw a new offering on BBTS for this line of 1/12 armored space marine typesoldiers. The figures look decent and interesting.

There are four initial figures offered

001 - Thame - red armor with dual shoulder cannons

002 - War Banner - yellow/gold armor with one shoulder cannon

003 - Skullwelder - skull motif helmet, grey fatigues with beige atmor bits with big ass sniper rifle

004 - Proteus - color scheme is similar to war baner but no shoulder caannon, robot ankles/shins, robot arms and random numbered helmets P1 through P6.

At just $35 each these are in line with FMF, Valaverse and Boss Fight.

They do seem like a fun take on space martines in the GI Joe adjacent space.

Yeah, I'm gonna be picking those up. It's interesting that they seem a lot less "weathered" than the smaller troops. I like it.

Proteus and Skullwelder are the big winners for me.

These 1/12 scale Acid Rain figures look great! I’ve long admired the 1/18 figures from afar.

What interested me most about Acid Rain was the cool sci-fi vehicles. They just seemed so weirdly utilitarian. Or utilitarianly weird.

Figures by themselves don't spark anything in me, and I am over-vehicled in thy 1/12 scale display even if they did offer them.
