2025-2026 Rumor/Leak List - UPDATED List 9-9-25 (after the livestream)

The livestreams are for marketing. They're not going to deep dive into possibly controversial questions or answer questions likely to anger people in the livestream. Heck, even the interview questions are approved more than likely before the content creator Q/As they sometimes do
I get that. I think there are friendly, civil spaces they could go into like the site we're communicating on. I'm not even sure what "controversial questions" they'd want or need to avoid, unless you're talking about potential tariffs. We are talking about action figures here.

@tasmaniantwister I think that it's possible that you may be underestimating the level of vitrol and irrationality of this fanbase. ;) Have you seen the comments during their livestreams?

I'm almost certain that they have very specific limitations on their communications that mostly have to be approved ahead of time. I'm sure that Hasbro prefers that they only communicate through certain approved channels. Most corporations that I've worked for have pretty stringent rules about any type of engagement about the company or it's products that don't get several reviews by Marketing or Public Relations. I'm often surprised when the Legends marketing team gives any type of "off the cuff" interviews with influencers at conventions and such. You can tell that Dwight is the least "trained" on this aspect as a designer because it always seems like he says something that gets him in trouble with Ryan. :giggle: You can often see the panic and stress on Ryan's face when something seems to go off script.

Good point. I have seen some of the psycho comments on the livestream, but I mostly chalked those up to the warped individuals who talk trash about virtually any and every topic that comes up on the internet. These environs do seem a healthy alternative, at least so far.

I feel like Mecha-Hulk must be one of the less likely ones, but I'd kind of love it if it were true. Just a big old robot for heroes to thrash.
I have him as a lock and stand by that. But never was it said he was "mecha Hulk" the reference art is a cyborg Hulk from McGuinness. I hope Hulk gets some entirely new sculpt but this could be done on the standard body with a new arm, head and some new tooling on the torso. Seems like what you'd expect. I still think it will be cool and a cool eave; but man the retro series had me wanting more.

First of all, Beamish. Thank you for keeping this all up to date. :)

Second, I'm excited Abomination is on that list of new rumors. Oddly, I don't have an Abomination figure. And I'd love to get one if it's comic related. I don't know why I never got Abomination. I think at first, i was only doing X-Men Marvel Legends. Then, I finally started branching out (and boy did I), and by the time that last Abomination came out from the video game, I didn't want that version/look and I still hadn't got the previous comic Abomination.

And I still haven't lol. So, if this is a nice, comic looking Abomination, I'm excited to get it.

It would make sense for them to have a wave 3 representing the gaps for season 1 - and this new leak representing a season 2 wave 1 offering (hence the new characters yet to be revealed but rumoured)?? Please I just want all the leaks to be real!

They're not going to emphasize things they are not selling anymore and the like. No company does. They just quietly phase things out.

To clarify, is that the one that includes the fox X-Men figures, remaining Thunderbolts cast members, and more Disney Plus figures?
I'm talking strictly X-97. That original list was a mix of actual reputable leaks and a lot of seemingly bullshit. Obviously anything can happen, but just reading some of the writing on the wall, but I think if you're expecting FoX-Men figures, outside of Deaadpool and Wolverine, before Doomsday I think you're setting yourself up to be disappointed.

I agree. Once it was announced so many of them will appear in that movie, I figured that would be the most likely way to get the figures. What I'm more interested in, to be honest, is the Disney Plus Falcon (Sam in his final Falcon suit) and the rest of the Thunderbolts.

Thank you for clarifying!

I mean, it certainly FEELS like we're missing a Disney Plus wave this year, but I think we all know that things have changed with how Hasbro is releasing product. Having Punisher and Daredevil on their own and not part of a traditional wave isn't a good sign on that front, imo. With the way they have seemingly scaled back on MCU Product lately (less full waves, more stand alone releases. Ex= DD:BA, Cap 4, and Thunderbolts and slow rollout for DP&W).

I think Hasbro has just been waiting for a movie to actually release before pushing product now. Maybe that's because they aren't getting enough lead time on certain things or maybe this is just a philosophical change on their part on how they want to move forward with public sentiment on the MCU flipping over the last few years. Think about DP&W. They came out with their first 3 figures, the movie was pretty universally praised, and now they're going back for at least one more wave with this rumor now of even more. Then consider Cap 4 has its 3 Deluxe offerings, movie is absolutely panned by critics (I thought the reaction was a little too harsh. It's not great, but it's not as bad as everyone made it out to be), and they don't seem to be going back to that well for Sidewinder, Leader, Sabra, etc. They certainly feel less essential though than say Ghost and Bucky from Thunderbolts. But don't forget Thunderbolts LOST money, which sucks because I thought it was great! It just makes me wonder if Hasbro is going to be in a hurry to dip their toes back into that well.
